Stop talking down to me like I'm a child when I prob know more about this than you. It's still a while off, for example DAZN can't even provide it's customers with a stable service yet but ultimately the PL will make the jump.If a dedicated, in house, streaming app, would generate as much money for them as they get through Sky, the PL would have done it long ago.
It may do one day, but there are a lot more issues with it than you realise. We are a lot further off than you’d think.
Anyway, what you’re talking about is effectively what NOW TV are starting to do, it just costs a lot if you want to subscribe to them constantly.
Much more likely that someone like DAZN comes along and does well enough to snap up some PL rights, but they won’t ever have enough money to get the majority.
NOWTV was only ever live testing for SkyQ, fact. And nah Nowtv would not be the same as the PL having their own app/sub service.
