I would have said it’s ridiculous, but when players like Webster are going for £20m, the fee then seems about right. (Webster is great too, the fees for both are ridiculous)

Hilarious that Brighton could just have spent £10m or less if they’d bought the players before we did, now they’re spending £45m.

Maupay officially gone. Probably the best player we’ve had in my time outside of Benrahma. Shame he’s gone but the money will help us build a much better team (hopefully).

Hoping the Ajeti link comes through, need a top quality striker to come in.

West Brom have been in talks with Ajeti but have supposedly been in a deadlock over his wage demands. We're now being linked to Gayle again, rumours you're in for Ajeti. It wouldn't surprise me if both links were just respective clubs/agents trying to force the other into changing their stance on the wages issue.
