There is a danger of that, regardless I fancy you to win if we stick with the tepid 532 bollocks.

Hope Lee has some balls and switches it up to the 433 which we look much better in.

I'd go with:

Killip, Sterry, Odusina, Byrne, Ferguson, Featherstone, White, Morris, Molyneux, Bogle, Olomola or some variant of that.

Definitely need a win. Our league form since October is relegation material

Featherstone is still suspended after his straight red, probably chuck Crawford in there and say that's the team I'd like to see as well, really liked the look of Morris on Saturday, feel like he could be a big player for the rest of the season.

Tranmere away. Whoop de doo. Pretty much a game we really need a good performance from as we're going through a poor spell.
No doubt there will be a sombre atmosphere early on tomorrow. A 5 year old lad who everybody took to their hearts died early today. He was a mascot when we played Orient. He had a brain tumour. Football is just a game.

Jordan Lyden has ruptured his achilles and will be out for months. (Probably ending his season) We've been really fortunate with injuries this season but with him and Jack Payne and Louis Reed suspended I am not sure what midfield we'll put out tomorrow night.

Need to back up the win over Scunny with another one at home to Brizzle tomorrow. If we can win that, I’ll start believing.

Sort of game we should be winning, Orient not playing well, we're playing decently.

City 0-1 Orient

Yeah the defence is dodgy and we could have easily let in a winner for Sutton on Sat.
I don't wanna knock a young rookie but this Connelly lad gets bullied off the ball far too easily for a CB.

He has his ups and downs, against Swindon he was brilliant but Sutton were a very physical side and he struggled. Even Taylor struggled as well at times.

Yeah Swindon 2nd half was ok but I felt he got targeted by Simpson in the first half.
I dont think its a position to have 2 inexperienced players playing together but Mark Hughes leaving didnt help

We were technically miles ahead of Sutton when we played them but just couldn't cope physically. They're so effective at what they do...whether it would work any higher than league 2 though....

After getting 4 points off Northampton and Tranmere we should be looking to get a minimum 4 from Hartlepool (A) Tuesday and Stevenage (H) on Saturday.
We're on 30 points now - so a minimum 5 or 6 points from those 2 games plus Exeter (A) (most negative boring team we have played this season), Harrogate (H) (our bogey team) and Bristol Rovers (A) should see us well placed for the next 5 matches after that;-
Walsall (H), Rochdale (A), Scunthorpe (A), Carlisle (H), Orient (A) all of which are out of form.
9 points from the 5 games starting tomorrow and we could be almost safe by late March.....

Wonder if we may see Jamie Proctor finally return tomorrow? He’s finally training after 4 months out (bar 20 minutes against Walsall in November where he re tore his stomach again).

Would be a massive boost the sooner we get him back, he was forming a very strong partnership with Wilson prior to that, think he’s still joint top scorer!

Be a huge for us no doubt. I think Carlisle may be a step too soon but maybe coming off the bench against Northampton with a view to him being ready to start at Tranmere could be the way to go. Good news is Edmondson has looked pretty useful as a Proctor type player so no rush.

Just Conlon and Gibbo then and then we are good to go.

Apparently Procs is travelling tomorrow but not in squad… which means he is starting knowing the Dazzler!

Great boost though, imagine Tranmere is realistic and hopefully get TC and Gibbo back sooner rather than later.

I can remember one stand out fixture against Lou Macari’s Swindon in the 80’s when 6 inches of snow fell overnight and the supporters of both clubs cleared the snow away to get the game on. Baldy Frank Worthington’s Rovers won 3-1 with on loan Liam Robinson getting a brace. Big result for us at the time because Swindon went on to win the league with a record breaking 102 points.
Will take the same result tomorrow night please.

Would be good to have Proctor back against a really good defence in Tranmere. His work with his back to goal is invaluable and brings Worrall, Conlon and Gibbo into the attack. We've missed him massively. If he and Wilson had remained fit I have no doubt we'd be in the top 3.
