I can't be the only one who hoped that the mystery partner would be Brock in a mask. Billed as Bork Lazer from Suplex City.

I'm also hoping the announcer destruction was a way to write them off and replace them. The announce team has been the worst for such a long time.

Last night's RAW Numbers - the very best in a long time.
http://www.showbuzzdaily.com/article...3-30-2015.html

Hour 1 - 5.227m
*Last year - 5.313m
Hour 2 - 5.597m
*Last year - 5.094m
* highest hour of WWE programming since July 2012
Hour 3 - 5.267m

*Last year - 5.032m

Higher than after the streak was broken last year, higher than the 1000th episode of Raw.

A pretty spectacular few days for WWE with the entire main stream take over, lots of coverage from ESPN for the first time, 1.3 network sign up, the best attendance record at the Levi Stadium, a good Mania and the all time grossing record of it's product. Raw did the top cable rating from 25 originals last night too. Say what we like about WWE, when they want to, they can go bigger and better everytime.

Levi Stadium's only been open since August, so setting a record isn't particularly impressive.

I hated it personally, proper bland. But, it's still an achievement. I'd suggest Rollins is probably a good reason for that rating too, smarks are dictating the way.

if anyone has any doubt about the crowd reaction to the Lesnar promo & the Lesnar v Rollins match, MY GOD. the place went absolutely ballistic. Lesnar for me is now the No1 face in the company

Yeah, matter of time, that. Also means I'll be masturbating far less when watching the divas.

I've started finding her a bit irritating recently tbh, not as entertaining as she was around 2012/13. Still a shame though.

Got to imagine just how hard it must be to work for a company that is suing your spouse.

Jericho with a live podcast with Cena on WWE Network immediately following Raw, should be good, Jericho says he will do things his way. Hopefully talk on CM Punk, if hes pitched turning heel, thoughts on his spot and putting people over.

Jericho is not going to do anything controversial. He's there doing that podcast because Austin was too controversial. Jericho is basically saying exactly what McMahon wants him to say

All that being said, I did enjoy the chat with Cena. His role in the company right now is fine. Mid card title holder. Not main eventing. Out of the spotlight. About time.

Raw was pretty decent other than the extremely short main event. If though you knew Cena was retaining it was nice to see Stardust come out of it looking strong and the mid card titles are definitely benefiting from being defended more regularly. Decent out of the ring segments for the tag team division as well. On the minus side Byron Saxton is utterly terrible and Neville needs his first name back.

It was okay, definitely suffered from star power with no Bryan, Ziggler, Ambrose, Barrett, Rusev, was there another show on? I thought Neville/Rollins and Cena/Stardust was quite good, the Lucha Dragons/New Day was decent as well. However, Cena seems to genuinely believe him being in the ring with anyone immediately elevates them, while the matches with Ambrose and Stardust were good and they got good offense in, ultimately there was zero chance of Cena losing as the PPV match is already set up so there was no reason to get invested in the match. Which is ultimately a big problem still, match quality is probably the real strength of WWE at the minute however a good match with little story or investment really limits the potential enjoyment of the match. More promo time is needed throughout the card, it was a fucking travesty that with the months of build for Miz and Mizdow, all we got was 10 minutes before the match an oh by the way these two are fighting tonight, no build up promos from the two, no highlight package of the progression so far and as a result, the reaction to the match was lukewarm compared to previous reactions. I can only assume Mizdow will win a rematch and we will get an Extreme Rules blow off match probablly with Miz having to be Mizdows assistant or something.

Kane and Big Show need to get out of the main event picture, they are still good on the mic but they just kill the energy of the whole show, its just a drag whoever they are against and they are opening and closing almost every show. We need new main event heels, Rollins is great, Sheamus as heel is good, Rusev well hopefully he wont be damaged too much by losing to Cena again, Wyatt is probably going to feud with Reigns but for some reason completely doesnt mention that he lost to Undertaker and we are supposed to buy him as a threat again? Something needs to happen, have Ambrose turn heel, the guy needs it badly and is lost in the midcard shuffle, have Barrett be an Authority enforcer, put Harper in the Big Show role, something please.

Really enjoyed Jericho's podcast with Cena.

Raw was ok. Wasn't sure whether Wyatt was moving onto Reigns or Ryback next by his promo, but I guess Reigns would make more sense. Though I think he'll be involved in the title match for E.R.

Average Raw.

Looks like New Day will be going heel soon, hope I'm wrong but I think kane is slowly building to a face.... Again.

Agree with the above comment Kane and Show need to be away from main event, hope to god we don't have Show/Reigns version 57 at ER.

See it's England shows next week, hope they can put on a decent Raw & Smackdown for the people going. Sure the divas battle royal will have people bursting with excitement who have a ticket for Raw.

I am having to go to the England show on Thursday (I owed one more to the person who went to my couple of Impacts) it'll be the last live show I think i'll ever go to unless TNA do a PVV in England so in a way its right it was WWE as my first was one of theirs.

don't expect much, but TNA is excellent at present so I'm in abit of a Wrestling buzz so I'd hope even WWE's drivel cannot slump me down and they at least put on something half decent.

haha its true,

I sort've had to persuade a friends brother to head down to Manchester twice for 2 impact shows in 2012 and 2013 in return I went to a live Raw last year and this one this year.

its cheap enough as I don't have to stay overnight for this Newcastle one like I did the Manchester ones. Got Orton and Cena at it though *shudders*

I'm getting back into this now, I've watched Wrestlemania and the two Raws and one Smackdown since. I'm enjoying it more than I thought I would. Even with Saxton commentating. Reigns and Rollins are great.
