Firstly, lovely result.

How were the 2 separate minute applauses' observed for the young Rotherham fan and for Womble? RadOx seemed to suggest they were well observed but I wasn't listening at the time.

I think it needs to be highlighted about the positive side of football supporters as well after what appear to be the nasty events at Haringey (I only qualify it as it is still technically an allegation).

Both very well.

We are playing fantastic football right now, long may it last..

No issues as you’d readily expect. :)

Both sets of fans were brilliant in showing their respect for the deceased fans.
It really does show that football fans can come together and it's good to be able to praise them instead of having to criticise bad behaviour.

Regarding the game, Oxford were deserved winners and are the best team to visit NYS so far this season.

Delighted with a win v Ipswich today and against two ex players Jackson and Nsiala.
I'd be interested to see the penalty decision and the goal-line clearance again - looks like a few things may have gone our way but still a great performance overall.
The Billy Kee banner held up by Ipswich fans was much appreciated by everyone at the cub.

Another tough one coming up on Weds night - away at Peterborough

Once again got nothing from a game we probably deserved to on saturday, but a worldie and a penalty gave Posh the 3 points. Was glad we were spared the usual Maddison theatrics but Dembele more than made up for him. We're still light up front but the rest of the team looks much better than it did at this point last season, so there is an improvement.

Shrews away tomorrow, which is a toughie. Their defence seems pretty strong and our attack is pretty weak so I'll be surprised if we score more than once. I'd take a 1-1 draw, with a (in my opinion) more winnable game at Accrington to follow on saturday.

MK at home for us. Eminently winnable, and the bonus enjoyment of a "pantomime villain" to barrack in Dean Lewington.

Donny at home tomorrow.

We've not won at home this season, Donny haven't won away so congratulations to them for getting their first away win!

Portsmouth away for us tomorrow and we're heading into it with one available CB so Shackell will either be partnered by a back-up LB, RB or CM. I suspect we'll go with the back-up LB purely for height, even if that does leave us unbalanced with two left footers, because we're not a tall side.

They're obviously in a false position, I'm just hoping it doesn't click until after tomorrow night.

It’s our Bury game tomorrow with some tasty looking fixtures in the top 10 over next 2 days.

I hope you’re correct but 17 wins from 73 away games says I’m not overly confident

You'll win comfortably. We've a dreadful record against Donny when we're playing well let alone in our current mess. I'd guess 1-4 Donny.

I hope I'm tempting fate but I wouldn't have any fear of us clicking tomorrow night, the club as a whole is very low currently; friction and division is rampant between the fans, starting to appear between the fans and the players, probably around in the dressing room, and the feeling toward KJ from the fans is getting ever more toxic. Will be there tomorrow but not looking forward to it at all.

Despite Sunderland’s current predicament I thoroughly expect them to give us a tonking tonight.

We've opted to go for a CM at CB and changed to two up top so Appleton obviously feels the best way to negate a defensive weakness is to have a go, although Akinde replacing Grant also points towards wanting more height in the side.

Worst thing that could have happened, Southend get a player sent off and we go 1-0 down we are bloody hopeless against 10 men.

Frustrating watching that game on iFollow. Didn't necessarily do anything wrong, we had good build up play and did well against a lethargic Pompey. As what always seems to be the case at the moment, we just ran out of ideas on the 18 yard box and then passed it around until we lost it, rather than take a pop. Cant seem to score which is a big worry.

Didn't go (working tonight) but reports from our forum suggest we could have had at least a couple more, with 2-0 being flattering to a fairly inept MK.

Oxford on Saturday. Good team, but we're on a small, cheap-aisle-at-Asda, roll at the moment, coinciding with our defence containing defenders again...

Blackpool and Wycombe drawing & Rovers losing was all I could really have asked for tonight.
Nice one Bolton!

Was at Tottenham v Red Star Belgrade (thought I'd canvass opinion on our new manager) keeping an eye, got a text at 3-1 down saying we'd be lucky to get away with letting in 6!
Heaviest home defeat in the history of the football club, kinda sorry I missed it.
Good luck Sol.
