2 shots in target for them and 2 goals. Whereas as our star striker and great signing he has been indeed misses from 3 yards. That’s the difference in the level we are trying to bridge.

But Luton have done zilch since that first goal. It really isn’t a level playing field, even more so when half the team is missing or lacking fitness.

Spirited effort second half, but still can’t defend clearly. Bradley and Bell have to start against Coventry.

Really is fine margins in this division. We’re not far away.

6 without a win now, and in form and up there Coventry up next. As Kenny says fine margins but we seem to be falling the wrong side of those a bit too often at the moment. Not desperate situation at all but we really badly need a win, these things can quickly snowball into hard luck stories and subsequent downward momentum.

Id agree if we didnt have a real fighting spirit. We will be fine, but wont be troubling the playoffs as some hoped

We're not as good away from home so not really expectig to win on Wednesday, and wouldn't be surprised if we lose.

The team were! Sonny Bradley was talking just the other week about a winning run of a 5/6 wins on the spin being the difference between the mid table finish we had last year and their stated aim of making the play offs.

Think a few have got ahead of themselves a touch. Until we have the new stadium survival at this level is a very good achievement imo

One thing in this league that stands out is that most of our competitors have stadiums capable of holding 20 to 30 k spectators…other than Bournemouth who have a sugar daddy…
Our day will come,circa 2023…
The year of the hat!!!!
Until then…it’s a pipe dream

Players should not speculate as they often get things wrong, I have always felt a repeat of the last season would suffice. The game against both Bournemouth and Swansea shows 'equally' we have enough fight in us but also this is a tough league. When we have a fully fit squad we will then be able to show this squads depth. There after anything then better than last season and we may surprise ourselves but I'm sure it's going to feel like a battle.

But but then most have owners who run the clubs into the ground (but they do seem to get away with it) sell them on and then another owner runs them into the ground. How many clubs are still receiving parachute payments, I personally believe all clubs should budget within their own means and parachute payments are stopped. This money should be distributed from the National league down through he pyramid.

Just seen your game.

Should have got something.

Had Bournemouth on the ropes.

Didn’t realise Middlesbrough are so low in the table - no wonder Warnock isn’t happy .

Who was suggesting the play off's, just mad.
Doesn't help with Jones saying after yesterday we should be top three.

We are making chances, having to chop and change the side week in week out (as are many others im sure) and we all know we are tighter when Sonny is around and on song.

We were lopsided without Pelly one side and moreso with a converted centre half to DM at wing back yet once sorted we still gave the leaders a second half runaround.

I hope Jones knows his men in Adebayo esp, but also Cornick with cristicism of poor finishing. Eli is a massive upgrade on Collins and seems a little bit a confidence player. Started great dipped early this season and coming good last few weeks. Criticism of misses - which include Harry who has eggshell composure when he has time to think but excellent instinct - may affect them or buck them up. We cant afford for them to drop further.

I see Jerome continually chatting to Eli and when he is around - all the very best in your recovery Mick - he has one of our/the greatest targetmen to learn from.

But he has so much more than just a targetman with quick feet, can turn a olayer inside out facing him or with his back to him and with a turn of speed. I hope he is given mental strength and mindset training as that is so important. This lad could be very special.

100% survive in Championship until we can compete and flourish with Power Court. I have nothing against aiming higher, but never at the cost of dropping out. This league is a basket case for overspends, cheating ffp and lopsided freak ludicrous parachute payments.

Survive and thrive. Long game we will challenge and have a foundation to for it to be sustained not a flash in the pan.

That's just manager talk and yes maybe he should not be saying that but then he needs to big it up, if we had a fully fit squad then maybe he's right but we don't have the depth in the squad to compete through the whole season.

Yep does hurt but I did think we'd get thumped. Great effort from the team. As soon as we get a full squad we'll be climbing that ladder.... Too mid table!

Stoke at home, we could really use a win to end a run of 4 draws.

Stoke sit 5th so they're no mugs this year but they've dropped points in games you would expect them to win too.

Barkhuizen & Browne are back in training, Hughes took a whack on his toe but hopefully he's fit, he's been superb in that LCB role.

Evans & Olosunde won't be back until after the international break. Can't believe we have another one so fucking soon.

I'm hoping to see McCann start to give us a bit more forward drive in midfield.

Iversen
Storey, Bauer, Hughes
VDB, McCann, Whiteman, Earl
DJ
Riis, Maguire

Rudd, Cunningham, Ledson, Browne, Sinclair, Barkhuizen, Murphy

Just watching this game between Preston and Stoke on the red button. Don’t know who this Preston keeper is or if it’s his normal standard but he has been incredible. Some amazing saves.

Really sticks in the throat to say this but think Stoke will go up this season.

He's outstanding, similar standard to the Pickford & Johnstone loans we've had in recent years. He's that good 95% of the time, unreal in one-on-one situations.

Another fucking draw haha, I'll take that one though, Stoke were better than us. They'll be top six.
