From what I gather we were dreadful, but it was a starting eleven that would do well to finish 15th in league two to be fair.

We don’t have the depth to take these games even as seriously as a friendly this season to be honest, one more game then it’s out the way. Managed to pick up another injury too!

We haven't played a game yet and are already above Lincoln in our group, hopefully that will change once we lose or first game, no idea who it'll be against or when?

Yeah, noticed the team you put out was missing some of your usual quality.

I quite like watching these games, but at the same time, I think I wouldn't lose any sleep if they just got rid of it.

We were supposed to be playing Man City U21's next Tuesday but they requested it to be cancelled (now moved to November) because the first team have Watford in the Carabao Cup and presumably most of them will be on the bench.

City have a habit of chopping and changing their U21s Trophy schedule, they did it to us and Grimsby a few years back.

Shame our clubs didn't take the same stand when this competition was changed. A few like us called it out but we should have taken a more hardline stance. Eastleigh's statement they put out today is excellent
