I'm absolutely fuming. This is getting laughable. Won't be any statement from the fat controller in charge of the club.

I wouldn't blame Wild If he resigned tomorrow. Having a team ripped out from underneath him

Bosomworth said he'd leave us debt free I would not be surprised if he goes before the season starts.

I’m done. Complete relegation battle incoming. We won’t reinvest the fees for Hyde and Byrne into the squad. It will just go towards paying off debts
:fl::fl::fl:

As expected, totally predictable response from these 2 big fucking babies! WAH! WAH! S'NOT FAIR! I WANT MY MOMMY! WAH!! WAH!!! WAH!!!! :fl::fl::fl:

Good luck to Hyde and good luck to Wrexham splashing your cash, he's a good player, leads the line well and he'll be off as soon as he has a better offer. :ds:

Thats a good shout surely.its more Halifax's MO to look into the NLN for someone who they feel can step up, rather than splashing out on someone already in this league? more value there possibly.
The club's mission statement back in 2008- "we will look to recruit young, hungry players who are eager to progress". It's served us well so far, despite what the 2 chimps think. :ds:

What this clown isn't telling you is that he was wrong on every point in his post. He suggests it's the chairman selling the players, against Pete Wild's wishes, that Pete Wild has been taken for a fool by the chairman. Whereas Pete Wild confirms it was HIS decision to sell because both players told him they wanted to leave and he doesn't want players who don't want to be here, he also states he has an agreement with the chairman that every penny raised in sales will be reinvested in the squad, something else one of other of these 2 idiots said was not the case.

Don't take ANYTHING these Muppets say, at face value. Wouldn't be surprised if one or both were among those who drove Wild and his FAMILY off social media in the last 2 seasons :ffs:

Jake Hyde is a decent striker, but he’s not going to be the front man of a side that wins this league.

If you're looking for hungry players then try Matt Rhead, he's always hungry the fat bastard.

Still can't believe Harry Cardwell is sought after in this league. Probably once of the worst lads to ever slip on a pair of boots at Grimsby and I've seen a few. Greg Pearson still gives me nightmares.

I always thought Cardwell was a midfielder though? He looked a handful but he was playing with better players at Stockport than he would be with us.
It’s pushing it to claim he’s a striker, never mind thinking he’s a midfielder

I mean we have just lost the guarentee of staying in this division. 20 goal national league strikers don't grow on trees. Especially for a club like us

Whilst I get what you mean, who was Sutton’s frontman last season? That Omar Bugiel wasn’t it? Wouldn’t have said he was good enough either tbh.

Omar Bugiel at Sutton.
Fuck knows at Macclesfield.
Matt Rhead at Lincoln.

Some sides go up with a top striker but not all.

Hyde probably has a better reputation than Quigley had before he went to Barrow as well.

Reckon Hyde will do well for you. BTW what else (position wise) do you still think you need, I reckon we could do with some CB cover, another creative MF and another back-up striker but none are urgent and I'm quite happy for us to start with what we've got - can see us bringing loan players in during the season for extra cover but wouldn't expect another major signing unless things go pear shaped.

FFS. :ffs: :fl::fl::fl::fl:

Do you remember when this clown asked, "what manager sets up defensively when you need to win!!!", 90 minutes before we won 3-0 away?

Football fucking genius, ain't he. :cool:

In the first team, we need an anchor man in midfield and one or two centre backs. Beyond that it'll be about beefing the squad up, so we'll be looking at all positions besides maybe GK and attacking midfield. I don't think more than 1 more forward will come in now either.

Hyde has 29 in his last 58 at this level which is probably up there with anyone over the past 2 seasons I'd have thought.

But whether he can handle the step up from Woking/Halifax level clubs is another matter.

If Keates had signed him, we all know that he would have been a massive flop due to the training methods of Pep Darlington

now he has gone and the whole training set up is different, only time will tell.

Parky seems to favour 1 up top, so likely Angus and McAlinden supporting him from the wide areas at the moment

A decent keeper will get you 10-12 pts a season extra.

How many seasons did it take him to make 58 appearances?
The lad has ability but has to be our worst ever buy,he had a 3 year contract here and lucky if he played for 6 months.
Will always be remembered here for sprinting off pitch at Dagenham away to avoid angry fans in year we got relegated,never ran that fast when playing.
