Redshaw's one of those weird fuckers though who has turned down moves because he wants to stay local. Mummy's boy.

We've been linked with Joao Rodriguez...an 18 year old forward from Chelsea.

Mark Duffy is a decent signing for Chesterfield.

He's always been a good winger in league 1, not quite good enough in the Championship. I suspect he will be a very good signing.

Absolute wank window from us, we needed to replace about 4 we'd lost and upgrade (considering two we lost were Cassidy and McLaughlin) and we've done neither. Hayhurst and Bajner look decent additions but the other 5 seem utterly pointless. Hayden White looks a woeful full-back and probably won't start again. Kwame Thomas is a dull try-hard who we'll probably extend cos we have nowt else, Santos is fucking wank and will go back when his loan ends in a week or w/e...Woolery dunno, month loan, who cares.

The club made all the right noises and kicked things off well with snagging Hayhurst on a permanent deal and have then gone on to just sign a collection of players nowhere near good enough and then when people ask questions about why we still don't have enough just shrug and say 'we've signed 7 players!' - aye, and 4 of them shouldn't be anywhere near our first-team currently.

No dealings at Deepdale today as Simon Grayson is sat staring at a wall, trying to remember his name.

Don't think we will be bringing anyone else in, I hope we somehow offload Nolan, McAllister and Sparrow but it's unlikely.

What do you mean underwrite cardiff instead of having a dig at us id be more concerned that youve just sold your best player for fuck all good luck with your playoff bid anyway

Oh dear, you sound angry at missing out. It was more of an observation that Cardiff used the Brayford money to nick the player who your manager has been very half heartedly trying to sign/unsettle for the last 4 weeks. Now that is amusing.

As it goes, we got him for nowt and sold him for a lot more than that.

He was a decent player Doyle. But not our best (Morsy).

Signed Lavery from Wednesday til the end of the season.

Wendies seem to rate him, did well at Plymouth, runs about and has some pace. So it can't be complete disaster.

However, it's not the signing to relax a stressed Spireite. Hoping we have something up our sleeve.

Every time we have played you I haven't thought Doyle was your best player, he always seems to score against us but I have always thought Morsy was the man behind everything good that you did.

Doyle scores and that is important of course but I think losing Morsy would have been a lot worse than losing Doyle

Doyle scored two hattricks in 2 games though which makes his figures look better.

What for? Surely not playing football?

Apparently so. Not a bad record and only 31 (Thought he was older) but he doesn't appear to have done anything in the last 2-3 years so. Would make sense as Manshit is off apparently.

Grimes, Manset or Chopra. I'd take the latter as a case of the 'lesser of 3 evils'!!

Sicknote Bradshaw will be out for the foreseeable again I suspect, so somebody is needed up front.

Is he a bit more level headed than that dirty fat bastard Higdon?
I tell you waht, we dodged a bullet there. We were talking to him all summer, but he wanted silly wages so we let the Blunts have him
