Our commentator felt the game was totally one sided in FGRs favour. Especially in the first half which was mostly just him trying to describe how bad we were. Couldn't believe it when we equalised and said FGR should have been out of sight. Even more when we were briefly in the lead though our second half performance sounded improved.

Dominated the first 20, had a shaky next 10-15, kept things controlled for the most part in the last 10. Really though? Porter should have buried that absolute sitter about 5 minutes into the 2nd half and the games done. We were dreadful 2nd half against a side that is so obviously below our level, I can’t understand that performance. We’ll take them amateurs to the cleaners at Gresty Road.

Maybe a couple of years ago. Under Askey we’ve learnt to play some decent stuff as we don’t often play the big target man.
