Barrow to me look very much like FGR did under Cooper. Great with moving the ball up to and including the middle third but not really much cutting edge when needed. Look in the game at least.

Barrow playing some nice football, certainly don’t look like a team languishing 19th in league 2. Ipswich look like Scunthorpe on a bad day.

Ipswich have been utterly pathetic. All that money not for much return by the look of it.

Well done to Barrow though, impressive so far. Hopefully they can kill it off / see it out now.

Cannot stand Mark Cooper, but fair play to Barrow, playing well so far, and deserving of their 2 goal lead at half time.

Robbie Gotts impressed me. Wish we had have signed him from our dirty neighbours Leeds in the summer.

Ipswich are shocking though.

Sam Morsy still got that rash tackle in him I see. Quality player mind (Micky Adams biggest mistake by a huge distance).

Barrow just need to see through the next ten minutes or so and I think they will do this.

Well done Barrow, great job there. More than deserved that. Somewhat winnable third round tie also. Some decent results for L2 against L1 in general in this round.

I knew Ipswich had under-performed this season but Jesus Christ they've got some major problems.

Great win, that first half was the best I've seen us play in ages. Second half they were always going to be more of a threat but we dealt with it well. Gotts and Stevens no doubt will have won some admirers tonight.

Two confidence inspiring wins and performances over the last few days so hopefully we can put together some decent form in the league to push us up the table.

Glad that didn't go to extra time otherwise we would've been knackered for Saturday.

Good and relatively comfortable win for Barrow.

Those Ipswich defenders were as bad as anything we've seen in League 2 this season.

Ipswich were woeful - truly awful performance by them - they looked like the lower league team and hardly posed a threat at all until the last few minutes. Robbie Gotts when he plays like he did on Saturday and again tonight must be one of the best midfield players in L2.
I bet the Ipswich forum is toxic tonight.

I’d say that’s pretty shoddy from swindon.

Appreciate the need to make cash but it’s already on tv and will sell out regardless.

Clubs need to remember especially at this level fans are the bread and butter for income.

Think it was inevitable Adam given the debts still owed by the club. The owners have promised clarity regarding what they will do with the money, which wouldn't have happened under Power. To be honest I'm not looking forward to the game having just watched City stuff Leeds 7-0!

Tbf, TV isn’t huge - £85,000. Anyway, at this rate there may be no fans at all.

Pretty poor. The Premier League aren't cancelling their own fixtures but want to cancel FA Cup games, which help lower league clubs the most.
They would scrap all replays if they had their way, they treat the competition with contempt

Man City fans tend to stick together and I don`t think they will want to pay£30 to watch their 2nd string demolish a 4th division side.
As expected you were completely wrong and they sold their allocation very quickly.

I’m interested in the price for City to get double figures - 0-11

I doubt City will run away with it. Remember Cheltenham last season?

City looked jaded in their game yesterday and have a few players missing. While I’d expect them to win most times, even playing some of the youngsters as they did at Cheltenham, it won’t be comfortable. Have Swindon regained some form at the right time?

A very sad indictment of football fans.
Why? They are a well supported club and many fans don't get an opportunity to go to all the games. I suspect they have a South West branch, so the chance to see them at what is probably a new ground for them is something they won't pass up.
As for value for money, since when did we get that in football? Its £20 to stand in a bus shelter at Sutton and £25 to sit at most places in this division.

I know we're entirely forgettable, but we're also home to Blackpool :box:
