Yep I bet they are in need of a rest, it's been a very demanding season hasn't it, the players must be shattered.

When you've got a lot of reliance on players like Kieran Lee and Sam Hutchinson it's needed.

Good win and performance from us yesterday, should have been more than the 2. Was a bit concerned before the game after seeing a lot of Barnsley but with the added energy in our side we out pressed their press and it was like men against boys at times. Only early days and we haven't played anyone dangerous (on paper) but very promising signs. If Bullen keeps the ship steady while we get the managerial appointment right we might push the top 6. Shame the cup game with Bury has been called off as it would have been good to get some of other lads some minutes, but we should be well rested for Millwall at the den next week.

Before game when I seen that Bannan wasn't playing I weren't too confident.
Turned out alright in end, apart from a couple of chances just before half time they were never in it.
All the new players impressed and with Hutchinson and Lee back to there best and we've still got Bannan and Iorfa to come back confidence is growing that we'll have a good season.

Could have got 11/10 on you before the game. I would never bet against us but if I did I’d have lumped on.

We deserved a lot more against Huddersfield. We played really well and had some great chances. They didn't really have much other than a penalty and a good chance that we gifted them in the first half.

4 points from 6 so far is a decent enough start.

Swansea away on Saturday, always a tough venue for us, not confident.

Same team that beat Wigan for me aside from Hughes who pulled up, presume Rafferty will play LB like last night, or Clarke right back, Fisher left back. Shambles loaning out Earl with no replacement.

The second string did themselves no harm last night though if Neil wants to opt for a more counter attacking line up.

Rudd
Fisher, Bauer, Davies, Rafferty
Pearson, Gallagher
Bodin, Johnson, Maguire
Moult

Ripley, Clarke, Browne, Potts, Barkhuizen, Green, Stockley

QPR for the second time in a week, would rather win this one than the one last night but having seen the penalty decision we probably should've won that as well.

Didn't go to the game but sounded like it was Massengo and Semenyo who impressed, wouldn't be against starting both of them.

QPR are a better side this season under Mark Warburton than they have been in the last few seasons, we'll have to work incredibly hard to get a win here.

Hunt Kalas Baker Rowe
Nagy
Brownhill Massnego Palmer Semenyo

Looks such a shit team, no LB cover for Da Silva, shit out wide this season and no replacement for Webster as Baker won't be trusted to start.

0-1. (Wells 86')

Hull at home, if we can keep Bowen quiet we should win, though it’s been a pretty poor start to the season so far.

The reserves were all pretty bad last night, so I imagine we’ll largely revert to our team for the first games - though with Pinnock injured we might change the formation to 4-3-3 from 5-2-3.

Probably too soon to see Norgaard or Benrahma starting, but hopefully both will make the bench. I’ll guess we bring an extra body into midfield and drop to a back 4.

Raya

Dalsgaard - Jeanvier - Jansson - Henry

Jensen - Dasilva - Marcondes

Mbeumo - Watkins - Canos

Subs: Daniels - Racic - Thompson - Norgaard - Benrahma - Valencia - Forss

I haven't seen it but you got a ghost penalty in the league last year that cost us a point.

Kelly saved a few penalties but I can't see him dislodging Lumley.

I think we'll go with something like:

Lumley
Kane Hall Barbet Manning
Cameron Smith/Amos
Chair Eze Samuel
Wells

Wells sounded brilliant so I would think he starts, especially after scoring and tucking away a penalty so confidence will be high.

Good news for you KevinMcallister I’m going the game Saturday. My record watching Latics v Leeds since 2013 is W0 D0 L3 compared to the W3 D2 L0 when I haven’t gone.

Really fancy fulham tonight (6/4 looks a cracking price)!

Siewart could go with defeat and they haven’t replaced Mooy. Fulham should dominate the midfield and have enough going forward to win comfortably

Millwall away, first Saturday down there for about 15 years. They've had a good start to the season too beating Preston and getting a point at West Brom, toughest test so far. We had the mid week off with cup game being suspended while Millwall again had to travel to West Brom so hoping that might make an impact. Usually wouldn't change a winning team but think we will need some added physicality in the side tomorrow, going with 2 out and out flying wingers might not be the best idea, can see Reach moving further forward and Luongo coming in for Murphy, Bannan wont be 100% so wouldn't risk him here. Would be pleased with a point if you offered it me now.

Subs- Dawson, Bates, Iorfa, Bannan, Pelupessy, Murphy, Rhodes

He's always suspended or injured that much, and now we've signed other good players I actually just forgot about him.

They couldn't beat us in two attempts at The Hawthorns this week, you'll be fine.
Whatever happens going to be a great occasion again - only 1 point in 2 games but loving every minute of this season so far (well apart from the 96th at Cardiff). WBA only snuck a win against us last year and I think Jonesy will have a point to prove against them.
