Hopefully he's gonna get some game time with your lot because he certainly needs it at his age to try and improve, he's only featured in a hand full of games for us this season but he looks half decent every time ive seen him play, he looks better as a holding midfielder than a centre back though because hes comfortable with the ball.

Joe Cole buggering off to the MLS. I remember how excited some Coventry fans were when he initially joined on loan...

We have signed Everton defender Matthew Pennington on loan till the end of the season.

Cover for O'Connor who limped off on Saturday - looks like he has a good record, so a very capable replacement.

Any Swindon fans out there? We've got Jordan Stewart from you, what's he like and what is his position?

Sorry to be a pedant, but it's Stewart. To make myself useful - I don't think he's been much use at Swindon, signed for £50k in the summer I believe but has claimed he's felt home-sick and hasn't featured much.

Ffs, blame our fans forum.

Shame that. To sign for 50k shows some potential I guess. Also increases our Irish contingent.

Probably wanted to get him fit enough first.

Shame it never quite happened for him here, mainly down to injury. Hope it works out for him. Wasn't he a victim of the non-paying issue at Southend previously?

Set to sign Liam Agnew from Sunderland on a 2 year deal in the summer.

The midfielder has been on trial with City for a number of weeks; scoring and subsequently impressing in the process.

Ryan Inniss gone back to Palace as injured for rest of season, gutted he's had an injury hit season but easily one of the best centre halves in the division.

Agreed, I really liked the look of him when he was with us.

Seems one of them with all the ability and desire to be a top player but his body just won't let him. Be a shame if so.

We keep getting linked with Adam Hammill and Nixon said yesterday we're after him - what's he like Barnsley fans?

He wasn't bad in Star Wars

Could do with some clubs being interested in 10 or so of our lot.

Fat chance

Barnsley fans, you're taking Duane Holmes on trial this week with a view to a permanent deal in the Summer.

Attacking centre midfielder.

Tiny, skilful player but just not good enough for Wägner.

Never seemed to have got any better since his impressive debut 2 years ago.

Don't know whether there are any Swindon fans on here but you're interested in Woking's John Goddard, according to The Non-League Paper. He's scored 18 goals in all competitions, 15 in the league, from left-midfield. Easily our best and most consistent player in a season that has been very up and down. Not a wide player who is all about pace, but he's got really feet which he's developed over the past two years in using to beat his marker. Good enough for League One? Not sure, but he'd be well worth a go. You'd only have to pay compensation.

Dack linked to Palace. Right sort of move for him I reckon. Possible European football as well which is pretty mad!

Let the auction begin.

Why's that the right sort of move for him, do you mean financially? I'm fairly certain that Dack wouldn't get into Palace's midfield.

Local so he won't have to move his whole life, a team that he has a genuine chance of playing in, competing at a decent enough level. Anything less than very top end Championship or lower regions of the Prem and he's underselling himself in my opinion.

Steve ' the joker ' Davis has confirmed he has reached a gentlemen's agreement to sign Ryan Lowe permanent in the summer, aged 37 but guarantees 15 to 20 at least, good signing i reckon for Crewe.

Haha, dull Davis still absolutely obsessed with Lowe. Not the signing he once was, he won't improve us a vast amount but better than most of the shower we currently have.

Funny feeling there's a bit of politics at play in letting this out of the bag. Lowe well liked by fans + fans forum coming up in a couple of days.
