Agree 100% I Dont think Evatt knows just how good a player he has got with Politic.......Out the whole of last season with a bad injury, Farmed out to Vale to get his fitness back. Would have just loaned him until Christmas then have him welcomed back in the first team squad. Contract on the table here for him but he is not signing it on those terms thats obvious. Will lose him next summer for nothing.

It is. Stockport have a shit manager, though, but seem weirdly determined that he’s going to succeed and are just signing more and more expensive players for him.

It's true and a pure showing of the tinpottery that exists down there.

It's the FAW who set the transfer windows for Welsh clubs, even those playing in English leagues; I don't think they have a good relationship with said clubs though. I don't think they care all that much that it means Welsh clubs are placed at a disadvantage because in their ideal scenario Wrexham would fall in line with other Welsh clubs and join the League of Wales.

Stunned about Sarcevic. Must have been a fall out behind the scenes. I know he’s had a lot of crap from the fans which may have taken its toll but I find it a bit bizarre. On his day he is brilliant but for a lot of fans Sheehan and Lee are both better players. I always felt Sarc is someone that makes people better around him. He runs for 90 mins and everyone follows that lead. He’ll be a ridiculous player for the national league. He was one of our higher earners so will free up funds for a free or January.

He played on Tuesday. Papers have just said he had a row with Evatt after being dropped and both he and Evatt have said there is no chance of reconciliation.

He’ll be incredible in the national league. He’s a top end league 2 player/avg league 1 player easily.

This literally never happens. I don’t know why, but it just doesn’t. The only incredible players in this league are signed from Blyth Spartans or Stafford Rangers or someone, them’s the rules.

Some talk you might want John Rooney off us in January, he played under Evatt at Barrow.

My opinion is Rooney wouldn't even be good enough for League Two and I think his place may come under scrutiny for our current 11 particularly if we get Sarcevic. So if I were Bolton, I don't think it's what you should be after if you want to push for the Championship.

Yeah I can’t see that happening to be honest. We have a lot of loan spaces free still. I think we will end up with 2/3 quality loans in January and maybe the odd player we can pick up for no transfer fee. I don’t think we are in a position to be paying transfer fees again yet

It's a running joke on the National League section about how much Quigley is on at ours and how much Mullin is on at Wrexham. The figure goes up with every post. With regards to Quigley, it's more than he was on at Barrow but not signficantly so.
