O'Keefe is good going forward but imho a bit lightweight defensively. He is also prone to falling over too easily.

We need him back, because basically; we have no-one else !!

Who else wants him?

Not sure, but I’m not surprised you have competition, he was one of the best full-backs in the league for Macclesfield and did well for you, I rate him highly and will be a good signing for anybody in this league especially if he’s play at wing back.

To get a fee for Menayese and I’m assuming O’Keefe, then get Lucas on a free is some good business by Mansfield.

He's far too lightweight to be asked to be a defensive midfielder
Wasn't as an out and out defensive midfielder, I just mean he sat a bit deeper. Whether or not he was asked to do that or it happened naturally as a result of playing away, I'm not entirely sure. Like I said, he can do this competently at the level below as he's intelligent and he wins the ball through a fair share well timed tackles. As far as I'm aware one of the main reason you lot loaned him to us was to develop him into a player that's a bit more combatative and I think we've seen improvements on that front.

A few of our fans seem to think we're after central misfielder Ethan Coleman from Kings Lynn - I've not heard anything myself.

We had him on trial the summer before last and he was tidy enough but we didn’t offer him anything.

Seen him a couple of times of King’s Lynn and he didn’t stand out.

Still on his recovery from long term injury mate hoping he will be back very soon though now cracking player Rory the injury actually kept him here as there was interest from Sunderland at the time it happened.Thats interesting as we have just lost Otis khan who was playing in the left attacking role.

Whenever he has played against us caused us no end of trouble. Think when we had that 2-2 draw at the Bescot pre-lockdown he ran the show for you guys.

Did just have a quick glance at your forum to see if anything on Rodders and can see the tide has turned against Pomlett big time now. As Smurthwaite found out with ourselves you can only keep kidding the public for so long.

Good news for us!!! Grimsby are interested in taking Abrahams on loan.
He couldn’t wait to join us, look how thrilled he is:

Would be an absolutely mustard signing that.
Bet he’s captioned it with ‘Buzzing to have signed for Grimsby Town….’
No it's even better than that...

The version with the quote is hardly much better. Translation: "I didn't want to come here, but now I'm here I might as well get on with it."

Our January loan signing of Caleb Watts hasn't worked out as hoped. Came on as a sub before going off injured. Seems he is out for around 3 months and may need an operation on his hamstring.

We've signed full back Max Clark, released by Fleetwood. Left sided, used to play for Hull.

Aye, I looked him up also(after hearing his name mentioned in the interview), but dismissed it.

5 goals 8 yellows in 26 games
If you get 8 yellows in Scots Lge2, Well we,ll see.

He was at PSV for quite a while too.

I won the league and UEFA Cup with him as my back up left back and back up defensive midfielder....alas only on Football Manager.

No idea what type of player he is so can't read much into that except he'll be on 500 quid a week which is just the way Raj wants it.

Don,t recall how many points he cost us, but think Killip has and still will.

Because he played 2 league games and cost us in one of them, all over the shop at times in the pizza cup. There's a reason he wasn't picked, Killip for his all his faults is the better of the two.

Some Northampton fan made a 5 min clip of him when they got relegated. It was traumatic viewing.

Aye I'm no Killip fan but he's much better than Mitchell was.

Crawley keeper Glenn Morris signs a new contract. An extra year with a years option.

He has been with us for six(?) seasons now and is a good a keeper you will see at this level. Not bad for someone who joined as a coach and only started a game because our no 1 had a complete crisis of confidence and had to be dropped...like the balls he flapped at.

Definitely worth every penny we pay him and more.

I remember watching him come through our youth setup and making his debut for us back in the day in 2001, oh how time flys!!

Matty Stevens has signed a new contract with us (duration seemingly not announced so far). Frankly he's proved his doubters wrong this season, (even if the biggest one is now at Barrow...), and conclusively so, so I too will withhold or suspend my earlier doubts....

Farming out more of our players to Somerset.
Ben Seymour to Bath, Sonny Cox to Weston.
Cox is a good prospect, this will be his first taste of men's football and hopefully one step towards playing much higher up the ladder

Abrahams is a hell of an athlete but makes too many poor choices. He gives the impression of being someone who could do well at any number of sports but not a natural footballer. One thing he does well is coming on as a sub and hauling the play upfield.
