All that time he spent suspended.

He played far more for Carlisle and actually achieved something with you, but for a while there was something with Noble and Notts that just clicked. He had a very close relationship with the fans that turned into a bit of a love/hate thing by the end, is still back in Nottingham all the time with his best mates Elliott Hewitt and Adam Campbell. It's telling that he's leaked this to his pal at the Nottingham Post, basically.

Sorry Yellafella but living in the booming metropolis of Sheffield I have to say that Mansfield by contrast is very, very depressing and boring. There is literally nothing happening. No well-paid jobs and no entertainment.

The people are down to earth but I reckon that's a northern characteristic rather than a Nottinghamshire one.

I live in Manchester, which makes Sheffield look a tired, small, insignificant, boring place.

That is a totally unrealistic bid, just like our bid for Omar Bogle last January was.
If we sell him, it's going to be for about double that and not to a League 2 club either.

Personally hope the £400k bid is not true not knocking Akinde but paying that much for a 28 year old doesn't make sense to me.

Would much prefer a James Collins or Billy Kee offer not as many goals but better value.

Try living there for three years, I couldn't wait to leave when I did last year.

It's a cracking city, personally find it bizarre if you don't love the place - the weather could be better.....

I totally love living here, couldn't see myself moving back home anytime soon.

As i said in the post above, any club would have him, any club at this level.

Well we've witnessed what Akinde can do at a higher level and scoring ain't one of them. He was dreadful -- painfully slow with very little skill. Now he may have improved but 800 k -- You must be joking.
