He's really not the same player that left you scoring all them goals . like Bobbin' said he's a lazy fucker which is sad to see. No doubt he'll prove me wrong now and score a good amount and help them get promoted but its definitely not a clear cut thing with him anymore.

I can only provide feedback based on what I saw, and he was clinical at us.

Clearly not every player does well at every club.

In Ajose's last spell I noticed on occasion he would walk round puffing his chest out and he had an air of thinking he was too good to be here. Maybe I was over analysing it but if the Charlton fans are saying he's lazy, maybe I'm not.

Could still be a great signing.

Larnell Cole left the club by mutual consent.

Very odd.

Tore Crawley and Exeter a new one, then fell out of the squad ever since. Must be attitude issues with him behind the scenes. Expect him to go to Macclesfield, would be outrageously good compared to what they have.

Linked with Vale on twitter...

Someone on Exeweb who has got some predictions right in the past has said we’re looking at midfielder Devonte Redmond who was released by Man Utd in the summer. 6ft 2 midfielder who had loan spell at Scunny last season.

The fact he had a failed trial at Shrewsbury and has not yet found a club is alarming, but it’s nice to hear some gossip I guess.

Aaaaand we’re back!

Since Monday’s shutdown we’ve signed Kane Wilson on loan from WBA.

Was with us last season and I really like him. He’s athletic and is good going forward from right back. We’ve really missed someone who can support the wingers so this is a decent signing...

Kane will end up higher than this level that’s for sure.

Should have someone in for Saturday. Two close to joining.

Danny Rose (Portsmouth) and Mark Marshall doing the rounds.

Can play on the wing tends to drift inside, but best deployed in a central position just behind the strikers/s
Cole will be a very good signing for Macc, provided they play him in his best position behind the strikers. When he plays out wide he is anonymous. He has competition from Jennings for the number ten role here, and is not anywhere near as versatile as Connor, which is why he has been released. A very talented player though.

Whatever happened to Rohan Ince?
If you believe ITKYorkie on Twitter he's on trial with us. But this was in the same tweet saying that Ishmael Miller was also on trial, over a day after he'd already signed for Tranmere.

Been reported we've made enquiries re bringing Kyle Howkins back on loan from West Brom in addition to having Remie Streete back training with the club. No question he can play but how many centrebacks does Aspin think the squad needs? This is getting ridiculous now and does nothing to address the real weak areas of the squad (pretty much everywhere else apart from goalkeeper).

According to the Posh chairman, Mark O'Hara has turned a move to the Imps down, does he know who we are? Turning us down :lac:

Have heard it banded about but nowt official, SD2 and Lowe say no players NEED to be sold but I can name 5 off hand who we need rid of.

I'm inclined to only half believe what he says on Twitter.

I still say there's an issue with the agent, as alluded to by Evans, McAnthony, Fry and DC.

Mentioned this in the brief period when the forum came back up and then went back down again, but Jerry Yates has come on as a sub for Rotherham and then featured for Rotherham reserves. He was recalled due to suspensions and also Rotherham say they're after a new striker.

All of these means, I hope, we'll be getting him back at Carlisle. He can't now go to any other club and if Rotherham have relegated him back to their reserves there's no sense them keeping him there. Hopefully then we can get him back.

Likewise Nadesan has featured for Fleetwood and therefore can only either remain there or return here. He's made more of an impact though at Fleetwood so that's less likely, although it still depends whether he retains his place in the squad for the remainder of the window or drops back down the pecking order. So what we want now is for both Fleetwood and Rotherham to sign proven goalscorers for the level they play at.
