I'd like to think the hold-up in us announcing our new striker is that the photographer's camera died and the club aren't willing to make the announcement without the official photo of him holding his shirt (just to make sure that the fans believe it).

I guess in this day and age there is much more to signing players. You have to record their interviews, take the scarf above the head pictures, film the signing videos etc.

Basically just a load of massive owlwank just to appease social media.

Currently they're busy trying to put together a press release to say that when they got him onto the training ground it was clear he wasn't at the level they were looking for so they're not taking it any further.

We've signed striker Andrew Dallas from Rangers for an undisclosed fee. He scored against us in a friendly so Calderwood invited him to train with us and he went on to score for us against Hearts and lead the line against Leicester who had Maguire and Jonny Evans at CB.

He really impressed against those two so I am very pleased with this one. That's one down, expecting four or five more this week.
