Should be VAR in a game with so much at stake. It’s a premier league stadium so presumably everything is there ready to use.

Grimsby absolute robbed of a penalty which would have been given after 1 look at VAR.

Grimsby should've easily had a penna and they've missed a sitter from 6 yards out which looked harder to miss.

Always going to be in a bother if you give a beanpole like Hudlin a free header in the box.

Although the Grimsby player (Clifton?) should be ashamed of himself with his miss. Great ball in, begging to get tapped in with his left foot, ballooned it over with his right.

Clifton again. He’s a fucking liability in front of goal!

Mcatee looks like Grimsby’s best player by some distance.

I hope this is done in 90. I want to watch the Wales Ukraine game.

The co commentator has a high opinion of national league football.

“With the quality these two teams have, they wouldn’t look out of place in league 2 and probably league 1”

Yeah I thought that when I heard it. Both would get pumped in L1 as they are

We are a far better team than these two and I still think we need about 6 or 7 signings to be confident of a top three finish next season.

They'd both get pumped in League 2, too. Maybe 2-3 players aside, the quality on show is awful. Theo Robinson would get into these starting 11s.

Grimsby players look a bit tired - Solihull can still bring 3 subs on....

Tristan Abrahams has made a huge difference yet again.

They should definitely make his loan deal permanent this summer. Game changer.

Thank god. Enough tinpot non league sides in the football league without another one and looking at Solihull’s ground and followings they fall into that category.

Welcome back Grimsby. Always impressive to get out of that cesspit at the first attempt.

Congrats Grimsby, deserved winners in the end, Solihull had nothing to offer after the Monolith went off injured.
