Think Mark Hughes is onto a winner at Bradford. Surely he can’t do any worse than the previous incumbent with what looks like a better than average league 2 squad of players.

Better-than-average-in-the-league squads of players have gotten relegated before. The Bradford squad that was bottom of the table in league 1 and relegated in the 2018-19 season was largely the same squad that was in the playoffs two seasons prior if I remember correctly.

Our co owner had completely dismantled the playoff team and put an under 18 coach in charge so the could play football manager. That’s why we were relegated, that said it was actually our biggest budget at that level as the co owner spent behind his partners back.

No it's not. Big clearout required in the summer. Fortunately for Hughes, a lot out of contract and 6 loans to return, although I would try and tempt one of the loanees, Jamie Walker, to sign permanently

It’s about as far from good as you can get, Hughes’ priority has to be getting ready for next year and over seeing a much needed big clear out this summer.

That doesnt always work out.
Ben Garner was in a similar position when he came here (albeit we were a lot higher) but effectively had an extended pre season, and still couldnt make us anything more than shit, even in the following season.

We have been linked with former Scunthorpe and Northampton midfielder Ian Morris - Won the Irish league with Sherborne last season, now manager at Waterford and not yet managed a game for them yet it seems.

Worked with Martin Ling at Torquay too.

Could be worth a go. At least it would be trying something different. Shouldn't take too much to turn round Orient. Just looking at that squad that's one that should be top 10 really, just seems they quit on the previous regime. Obviously could argue that's a damning statement on them as professionals also if that is the case.

Obviously it depends what sort of managers Orient are approaching but I’d have thought a club that is seemingly pretty well run and stable off the pitch. Is pretty well supported and has some decent players it’d be a great opportunity for them.

Surprised the old Chezzie manager hasn’t been linked anywhere yet unless what he got sacked for is so bad it’s made him unemployable. Got results even if he matched Steve Evans for twattishness.

In 2016/17 when we last went down we had 5 managers FFS

Clearly obvious we've had no plan since Jackett left and our annoying Americanised process way of doing things isn't working on the football side.

They missed out on Michael Flynn, now just get in Keith Curle FFS so we have some sort of a chance. No one else is going to work with this lazy shower of shit we currently have. Having said that, its not our midfields fault they're either just starting out and really young or in Darren Pratleys case, just finishing!
