Who's running the PR for Andy Woodman?

I know they're in a FA Trophy final (didn't they win one a couple of years ago anyway? )

Bromley are around about where their budget should be, certainly not much higher, they're solidly backed. It seems to be where they always finish and where they finished under their previous manager.

It's because he's Gareth Southgate's best mate or something I reckon.

We had people genuinely believing they were ITK and that he was a runner for ours because they'd spotted him at a number of our games recently. For some reason they didn't realise that his son had been playing for us all season.

In the least surprising news, Wayne Brown confirmed permanently now after his interim second half of the season. We picked up 33 points in his 22 games in charge which, considering the state we were in back in January, is a very respectable return.

Bromley lost to Conference North side Brackley in the 2018 FA Trophy final.

I’m not shocked to see Bromley fail to reach the playoffs

In a move that surprises nobody, Salford have sacked Bowyer.

Seven points off the play-offs and playing terrible football I don’t think you can blame Neville for this one.

I’d be shocked if it’s not Appleton in to replace him.

Only thing in recent memory is looking completely out of his depth on the hilarious Sunderland Till I Die Netflix doc.

He joined us when we were in the playoff hunt in League one. He turned down a contract because he's a 'Championship manager'. And as you said he's not done anything for a while. I'd file him under the archaic manager type now. Hartlepool can do better.

Yeah read his wiki entry, pretty solid manager up until about 2016 since then he has a win percentage of about 25%. No thanks.

It's a toss up between Grayson and Adams as to who was the most arrogant manager we've had in all the years I've watched Bradford City.

In one of Grayson's first interviews after been appointed manager, he said we were lucky to have him as he was a Championship manager. He proceeded to do nothing for us before leaving.

In one of Adam's last interviews as manager here, he said it would be stupid of the board to sack him as everyone knows that we wouldn't be able to get a better manager than him. He was sacked a week later and we got Mark Hughes!

Salford are bound to be sniffing around DC, he’s a proven winner.

Thing is with Grayson he wouldn't be sniffing around Pools had he kept his win rate high at his previous clubs, Pools as a club, in fact most of us down here are going to attract managers who've faced the sack several times in their career, he has to rectify it at some point or he'll never manage at a decent level again.

Williamson I think would be a big gamble for us, I think he's struck very lucky at Gateshead were he's found himself with an untouchable front two who've hit nearly 60 goals between them and the club being one of a few proper full timers in a league rammed with part time teams.

Wild would be my preferred choice, seems like the next step up for him as a manager, proven in the National League so less of a risk for us, Grayson for me personally would be fine, just hope to fuck it's not Woodman his liberal use of the Dark Arts is enough to put anyone off going to Pools.

See Salford have ousted another manager……..fully deserved though their budget dwarfs everyone else so to not even grab a top 7 place is an enormous failure.

Having seen Salford a lot the last 6 years what surprises me is how constantly drab their sides are even when doing well, just bland slugger sides with zero pace or skill.

With the cash floating their you would expect some entertainment.

I know who is go for if them also…Darren Ferguson. He can only do it with money and isn’t able to manage without it, but when he has a big budget he usually creates good exciting sides.

It suprises me that they didn't sack him three months into the season when they didn't already have the title sewn up.

Good call that.

Not sure whether or not the class of Nerdy2 could face sacking their old bosses son though when the time comes.

True because at some point with Ferguson he hits the buffer where other clubs have better budgets and his mass limitations show.

But for L2 and L1 for me it’s a no brainer

You're right but I think we need someone who's confident enough to play attractive football. Leeball was horrific to watch at times and Grayson i think is cut from the same cloth.

Williamson I'm not too bothered about. Has to be Wild doesn't it but if the rumours are right that he turned it down last time as he wasn't willing to relocate then you'd probably put 2+2 together and think he might be off to Barra if the Fax stay down.

Got flowing locks like wor Craig so the bookies put two and two together.

You always seem to get a few random names, don't you? Like when we sacked Adams and Ralph Minge appeared on ours...

Aye I'll have Hartley on the condition he gets a skinhead, no more Vidal Sassoon managers here please!
He had deals with Shockwaves and Toni&Guy. Vidal Sassoon are not a brand a manager of his calibre would associate with.
