Maamria always does these podcasts, articles and videos when he's after another job. He's like Artell without the strange backing of fans of his former club.

Is it really that strange when he had two promotions with us in two spells and won Manager of the Year?

Although Artell made some stupid decisions which are still hurting and hindering us to this very day, I dont think it's strange wanting a club legend to do well in another job elsewhere...

Only said in jest. I can see why you'd be interested to see how he got on elsewhere given there was a decent spell between jobs.

I see Adams has walked from Ross County less than 4 months after leaving Morecambe.

What a terrible decision that turned out to be leaving Morecambe, had big job security. I imagine he got a tasty pay out by Bradford beforehand I suppose.

I wonder if he struggles to get a EFL job or not now I can’t work it out.

Did well to last that long after slagging off the whole of Scottish football when he got there !

Morecambe assistant manager John McMahon has left the club after being charged with misconduct in relation to betting by the Football Association.

McMahon is alleged to have breached FA Rule E1(b) by betting on football matches on a total of 251 occasions.

Nothing to be shocked at they had a public falling out earlier in the season.

I think contract was due end of season so likely not been able to sort an extension so parted ways.

I don't think it's a huge shock that he's gone, but it seems a weird time to do it after losing to one of the league favourites.

Reckon Holt is just rattled.

Little bit classless from Accy to give a very abrupt statement like that given what Coleman has done for them down the years. Think with his CV he probably won’t be short of job offers though.

3 wins in the last 3 months as well plus the falling out with Andy Holt earlier in the Season coupled with the Relegation hangover

Holt is on a drinking binge fest and coupled with the public spat earlier on in the season, and Holt is an absolute tool, this was sort of on the cards. But in fairness, Coleman knows his stuff so can get another job quite soon if he fancies it.

A bit harsh if you ask me, no threat of playoffs or going down, and an injury crisis to key players has took its toll.

He's basically managed them for 25 years and has done an incredible job. They will be back in the National League within 2 years.

Holt wasn't even at the match yesterday. I think he only knew the score because people were replying to his tweets and telling him.
Twitter account deleted apparently. It was a very interesting twitter account.

Not surprised by Coleman and Bell leaving, you can't run to the media, bluff the Chairman in public and almost demand a new contract after relegation the previous season with a squad of 35 or so. Their Chairman said that over a third of their budget was tied up in long-term injured players over the last couple of seasons and gave the pair of them too much scope over transfers.

I don't think either party have got on too well since the back end of last season. They're probably unlikely to make the PO's now, which is perhaps why they've gone at this point.

They must have the lowest budget in the league, possibly only Morecambe come close. Never mind Play Off's, they should be delighted with the job they've done to keep them up. Next year could be a real struggle for them and whoever takes the reigns.

It is going to be very difficult for whoever follows, be interesting if they will still be able to punch above their weight with the loans.

Surely someone knocking about in L1 for a while isn’t anywhere near lowest budget in this league?

That's the whole point though isn't it, he's performed miracles down the years to keep them from dropping back to NL.

Why not? The chairman cut costs significantly once they got relegated.

If it’s not bottom it’s very close to it, the playing budget is basically through what they generate - the owner only funds stuff that’s infrastructure.
