Bielsa's bucket
poor mick McCarthy what a great job he did there

Ipswich were the worst I've ever seen them at this level, shockingly bad, mustered up 2 chances all game and didn't look bothered

Wonder if Ipswich fans will begin to realize just how well Mick did now...

League 1 wouldn't be the end of the world for them. Many teams have gone there, and came back alot stronger.

Linked with Steve Bruce or Phil Parkinson replacing Clement.

Would absolutely love Parky back.

Have you seen his Bolton or Bradford sides play? You definitely don't want him back.

Shut up you, you know nothing.

So, even though I would be devestated if he left, I would understand and graciously let him leave for Reading

Parky was my idol.

It can't be any worse than the dross that Paul Clement is serving up.
You going Saturday? Perfect chance to kickstart your season against us atm, we’re creating fuck all. Got a ticket but not even sure if I can be arsed atm might save my money for Leeds.

Creating fuck all? Assuming you left at half time against stoke then.

One half of football — very little against Hull, nowt against Stoke first half, barely a shot in anger at Brentford until they went down to 10... it’s all very stale. Lots of 1-0s either way as our last three games have gone, it’s no wonder we’re not getting chosen for Sky nearly has as much this season.

It's all gone down hill for Jos since the international break, some bizarre decisions being made in games and considering he was supposed to be a defensively astute tactician we haven't kept a clean sheet all season. There's clearly something gone off behind the scenes as to why the likes of Westwood, Hutchinson, Jones and Boyd aren't involved more than just based on ability, to have two 17 year old kids on the bench ahead of any of those is ridiculous. I'm not calling for his head as to be fair he's been dealt a shit hand, not been allowed to really sign players to build his own team, and only 4 games ago we were sat 6th. Dreading next Friday night.

With no budget? Bruce wouldn't touch that gig at the moment.

Chansiri has already proven he doesn’t go for the obvious choice anyway. When Jos goes (which won’t be long) we’ll end up with somebody else nobody has ever heard of

To be fair, when clubs get relegated to League One and bounce straight back, the team is stronger but their support are utterly unbearable. Arrogant, deluded bastards.

Clement gone at Reading, it's looked on the cards for a while to be fair.

His stock is in the gutter now.

Nigel Howe, who replaced Ron Gourlay (who worked with Paul Clement at Chelsea) as CEO yesterday, showing his hand very early on by sacking Clement. He was the man who helped orchestrate two promotions under Steve Coppell and Brian McDermott, two safe managerial choices at the time. Simon Grayson and Steve Bruce seem to be the early frontrunners, be interesting to see who Howe picks. I wouldn't be at all surprised to see him appoint somebody who knows the club inside out, or an experienced Championship man.
