I can't believe no one's mentioned Romford's manager having an in-game fag during the Kingstonian-Romford FA Cup tie.

So Sunday League that is...

We are coming up in this thread way to much for my liking!

Anyone mentioned the farcical Isthmian Premier Play Offs in here yet? The semi finals still haven't been contested due to Enfield Town (who finished 5th) appealing their 3 point deduction (which dropped them to 6th).

Seems weirdly appriotate for me to post this here rather than starting a new thread.

We have announced a new Badge

Many of the early badges of the 1960s featured King Alfred on them who is the towns builder and founder.

Cant say I like it to be honest at all, hoping it will grown on me?!

Gee willikers! It's better than your previous affair actually, which looked like a badge that'd been through the wash a few too many times.

I made the mistake of thinking Noel Edmonds when I first saw it, and now that 's all I see when I look at it.

There's someone trying to get me to use "plerophory" in a proper sentence. It sort of means blind faith or total assurance. Has anyone come across such an affliction on this board?

To cut a long story short, 'your labour MP has done nothing to help Hartlepool FC, please do not vote for him, vote Tory or UKIP instead'!!

Seeing how incompetently the owners have run Hartlepool recently, I'm pretty sure that the Poolies won't be following this open letter.
By all accounts the mascot guy who got elected as mayor did a pretty decent job and was re-elected.

The leader of our Tory Council is a Legend's Lounge season ticket holder. He's a decent bloke for a Tory. The crux of this story is that the Labour Party unseated the Tory at the general election and Labour took the council thus bucking the national trend.

'AMPTOOON was even funnier than I remember! Even better still was this sadly deleted video package of Prescot Cables vs. Whitby during some freezing midweek. Impeccably put together, but the man recording was accompanied with what he wrote was his "foul mouthed friend", a Cables fan who screamed a delayed "FOCKIN' 'ELL" a few seconds after every chance Whitby had. The game began with a Prescot throw-in that the Whitby goalkeeper tipped into his own net, and was of course accompanied by the two Cables fans who play a bugle and snare drum (terribly) when their team advance up the pitch. I used to use that video to convert people to the non-league, it was beautiful.

The musicians in question can be heard in the video below between 34 and 50 seconds in if anyone's arsed (and you're a bit strange if you are):

That Woking fan from earlier could have been the same one in this video, this was against us back in December 2013. He seems very paranoid the game will be abandoned.

OMG that was brilliant :fl:

He's actually a Southend and Fulham fan (as he says at the end) which makes it even stranger that he was so paranoid the game would get abandoned.

"I don't like football?! I bloody well do!" "HURRY UUUP!" :D :D

Hearing him alienate himself in front of the others in the stand is delightful. I think whichever Woking(/Southend/Fulham) match was the last to be called off has left him with PTSD.

Gary Mills doing a Q&A session with the fans and then doing the raffle at the end, picking numbers out of what looked like a plastic shopping bag.

This video was doing the rounds on fb a couple of months back. One tough bastard if you ask me. Shame he had to buy a new helmet. It's some lower league match in Malta.
