Who was the ref today?
Karl Evans.

We were cruising prior to the sending off, wrongly had a third chalked off when it was a Bromley defender impeding the keeper. Red card opposite side of the pitch, it seemed harsh from a distance, but would like to see again. Likewise the Tollit penalty claim.

McNulty, Wallace, Tollit injured, Buxton banned, not a good day for Rovers. We threw away a 2 goal lead in similar circumstances to Chester, but that game had been fairly even prior to the sending off. It felt like Bromley stole a point today, though they took their opportunity well.

Micky Mellon has got away with picking an unbalanced bench a few times this season. Today his luck ran out.

Garry Hill will probably come out and say he's got no idea how Woking didn't get a point

Just seen Hills post match intervie, not sure how many inaccuracies he says but it's a lot. Woking caused us a few problems thats for sure, not sure they would have deserved a point though overall. Should have had a couple more goals at least and the penalty miss didn't help.

Very happy with a point away at Dover.

Reports from our fans who were there that a group of Dover fans caused a bit of trouble including punching someone in the back of the head as he left the Crab Hole.

Dover hard men.

a shame there are some silly people about
3 policemen at the game having a jolly instead of where they should be-where the fans might mix (esp after the game)

not much of a game-sure wrexham were v happy for the point they came for

It was apparently only 15 or so out of 1000 home fans.

Some bottle throwing from your lot at the home game in August too. A warm welcome awaits your travelling supporters next season by all accounts. Unfortunately we have a large number of morons as well.

Oh you're back. Where have you been last couple of months when you've been shit?

Very much architects of our own downfall, if you can't win when leading and the oppo are down to 10, then 9 men, you deserve fuck all.

Funny side Barrow, for an hour when hoofing they were awful, like a poor Sunday pub team. Then Cox brings on a couple of footballers and we couldn't get near them. Why Cox doen't play like that all the time I have no idea, because when Barrow did they looked a very good side.

As for the sendings off, Barrow could conceiveably finished with 8, Harvey should have gone for an over the ball tackle on Kellerman moments before the first sending off, which was fully justified as the Barrow lad just booted our bloke trying to take a quick throw when already on a yellow. Anderton, who's first yellow could also have easily been a straight red then pulled our lad back when he was away so had to go too. No idea why Cox thinks these were 'ridiculous'.

What really annoyed me is that all we had to do was pass the ball around and let their 9 men chase us around the pitch. Instead we put 10 men in our own box and hoofed it back to them every time we got the ball. That said it was a decent free kick from Hannah

Not pretty today, but 3 valuable points. Moving a little further away from the bottom 4 which leaves us needing 16pts from 16 matches to reach 50pts which is usually enough to beat the drop.
Should be doable with several games to come against other relegation threatened clubs but you never can tell with football as we all know.

that's probably part of their "bouncy bouncy" drum crew then that came by the away fans in the first half.

We were really poor for about 75 mins, created absolutely nothing. Then Mr 29 game man, Rooney comes on and immediately we look threatening.. scrappy equaliser.

I thought in open play we dealt with Dover reasonably well, Tilt did a good job on Miller.

Deverdics' free kicks were so good, Dover could have scored a number from them.. Thomas guilty of missing two great headers in the first half from his deliveries.

It's the worst Lincoln team Garry Hill has ever seen.

Daggers home record isn't a lot better then ours. We've actually lost the least amount of home games of anyone, so it's just been those 8 draws that have fucked us up. Best away record, least amount of home defeats, there ain't a lot wrong tbf. Small margins.

Majority of our bad home form, or bad form in general came during the patch where we couldn't field a defence. Hawkins was at centre half alongside Staunton and we had a right-back playing at left-back and a central midfielder at left-back. I don't really like using excuses (although I have used about four there), but that is some kind of explanation for it. We've got an extremely winnable set of home fixtures from now until the end of the season bar one or two so I don't think we'll be dropping too many more points at Victoria Road.

*Awaits 0-1 defeat to Guiseley next weekend*

defensively it could well have been yeah, I only get to about 10 games a season being an exile.

But going forward it was pretty drab apart from the last 10 mins

Hopefully we will give you more of a test than in our last game.

Complete waste of time today. Rubbish team selection and rubbish tactics. Playing half the team out of position as well for no reason at all.

So unnecessarily self-inflicted.
He's morphing into Burr (McCarthy). We picked up most of our points when Sam Hughes was playing Centre Half. He's no right back.

It was good to see a strong referee too.

I hope that comment was made tongue in cheek. If it is a serious comment you really need to go to Specsavers lad and take that f**king joke of a ref with you. The guy was a disgrace. Can you honestly hand on heart tell me that the out and out assault on Tollitt when it was 2-1 was not one of the clearest penalty shouts you have ever seen?

I once encountered a guy in a wheelchair at Dover who said he was the club doctor. I wish I'd never engaged with him as he was an unpleasant man and left me feeling a like a leper.
