Get the fuck in. Staying up? I hope so.
Luke James has scored our last four goals - absolute class player.

Good team display from Dover today. Marsh-Brown dream debut

Was Danny Whitaker ill/injured? Invisible today

After today I don't think i'll ever see us win at Chester. Not sure why their fans were applauding at the end though, I dont remember them even having a shot at goal

Not allowed out in this weather. Very ignorant comment, everyone knows we should all look after the elderly during these freezing cold days. Shame on you.

Referee Miller had yet another performance to be proud of today. Red card for Rooney after a scrum of handbags from both teams on the goal line yet Rooney as far as I could see was stood well away from it. Would love to know what actually happened.

National League 2017/2018 in a nutshell. Only one of the top 6 win and none of the bottom 11 lose. This division must make the bookies more than any other.

There was speculation that Rooney shoved the referee from some of our fans but my eyes were only drawn to the confrontation between Odejayi and Macca. Does seem like it might have been a case of mistaken identity. A lively match but very little quality, our forwards couldn't pass wind but other than the silly foul leading up to the goal we defended well. A draw probably the fairest result.

Fair enough, as long as you weren't applauding your team failing to even try attacking the team that conceded 7 last week...

Were they celebrating a draw after getting everyone behind the ball again.... they nearly did a lap of honour at our place after getting a point in similar circumstances

I'm sure you post this every other day. Wait, I think two fans also waved a fiver at you, am I right?

Move on.

It's come out in Askeys post match interview that we're under a transfer embargo! Love the communication from our club!

I would presume it is related to the missed salary payments from a few weeks back but I'm sure we'll find out more in the coming days.

Oh and we're still 2 points clear!!

I was disappointed not to get the win for the obvious reason but more so after hitting the bar and post twice. The two keepers probably made an equal number of great saves. Just pissed off that fuckwit Miller ruined the spectacle really.

He manhandled the ref- out for 8 games.

Well we've lost 4 on the trot and taken 4 points from the last 9 games ... and we did have a shot on goal. You did lots of nice little triangles but our keeper was up to anything you had.

If that is true, your club is in no way fit or deserving of promotion into the greatest league in the world.

The referee didn't ruin the spectacle, the weather did. :cool1:

Oooh little old penniless Macclesfield with their transfer embargo which means they are stuck with a squad with NO quality players in at all. Disgusting.

It's going to be a Boreham Wood vs Sutton playoff final isn't it? What a spectacle that will be.

No, only one tinpotter shall reach the final. There'll be a big, proper side allowed into the final to get a decent attendance for the showcase event but then they'll be comprehensively and shamelessly reffed out of it on the day.

Must be a great feeling knowing that you're in exactly the same bracket at the league leaders. Remind me how old your club is again?

Our record against Aldershot over these past 5 seasons has been P10 W5 D3 L2 and that includes 2 away wins and an 8-2 home win. By comparison we've also had 10 games against Woking and they've been P10 W1 D0 L9. It's a funny old game.

I didn’t realise you did away games, especially at what you describe as a tinpot side.

Miller is one of the poorer officials at this level, having seen him allow Richard Brodie to referee our game at York last season and give Wrecsam a fairly generous penalty in this one. Mistaken identity not beyond him, though haven’t seen the incident yet.

We've played a lot worse and won, just couldn't score and 2 of our chances we really shouldve put away. Marsh-Brown took his goals well and Jalal prevented him getting a hattrick but other than that Dover offered little going forwards.

Results elsewhere incredibly useful but somehow need to learn how to play on plastic and win against what I expect will a much more confident Maidstone in midweek.
