HT Notts 0-1 CFC

Our most dominant first half away performance of the season so far, outstanding really. We’ve nullified notts very clear strength of possession football so far and the game has mainly been played in notts defensive third..

If I was gonna be a little bit critical, it would be that our delivery into box hasn’t been great today.. always seemed to found a notts head (other than our goal of course). I think dinanga and Asante have caused big problems and been really impressed with them so far!

Notts surely gonna come out and put some pressure on us second half so we need to stay strong and try counter where we can

We’ll see, the fact you’ve not played for 3 weeks means there shouldn’t be any tiredness issues, I wouldn’t rule out Rodrigues or Enzio lashing one in from 25 yards or Mad Gav Gunning getting another yellow, but aside from that we don’t look at it and I’d probably take a point if it was offered now.

Yep. Expected us to drop deeper as you can’t keep that level of pressing up all game, but we need to improve on keeping hold of the ball/hitting them on the counter when the chances arrive..

We have defended well SO FAR this half, hopefully we can keep that up
