Aldershot (and Boreham Wood, apparently )
Makeshift defence for the Shots today, round pegs in square holes owing to injuries. But that’s no excuse, ‘cos that’s the Searle way, levering players in to fit his formation. If Miller can hit some sort of form, we may be looking to “score 1 more than you,” but recently we have been woeful all over the pitch. Can’t see anything other than another defeat. 1-3
Well that’s the last time I’m making a prediction. Should’ve looked at their record at the Rec. Wrexham just didn’t turn up for this one, and Shots, Joel Nouble in particular, had an unusually good day.
No lottery for me this week.

That Gunning lad looks a bit overweight to me, not hugely fit is he

He looks like Evo when he turned up to Pre-season... but half way through the season! He is definitely NOT a CM.

Sutton 3-0 up at halftime. Been on top pretty much the whole half. Wealdstone are down to 10 following a 2nd yellow for dissent, and you got to feel it’s a long way back for the Stones
The second yellow was for the foul on the halfway line, when your player was tackled and the ball went 30 yards. It was in the same place where your 9 threw the ball at our player earlier in the half and got no punishment.

We don’t need biased refs we can lose without that.

The 2nd yellow came a few moments after the foul during which the player did nothing but mouth off at the ref. And don’t forget his first foul was for a ridiculous foul.

To say there was bias in those decisions is living totally in denial

His free kicks are class though, proper pace and whip when he gets them right

If ever 4 days can sum up Halifax town that's it.

Admit you don't know what the fuck you're taking about, fucking wanker
Naa we played better second half. By no means did we play well. You wouldn't know football if one slapped you in the face.

I think the night's events have amply demonstrated who of the two of us knows his football. Hint: it isn't YOU.

Halifax looked a totally different side in the 2nd half to the one I saw on Tuesday.

Jeckle then Hyde came on haha

As I said in a previous post. There's nothing more Halifax town than doing what we have in the space of 4 days.

im afraid we are well and tru;y fucked now for several weeks. we had 12 missing last game and did have wynter back today. to lose cameron injured hamstring is a massive blow. he has been superb this season for us and we only had one sub we could bring on jake andrews but he had to play full back. our defence was awful . there is nobody else to come in what is on the pitch and bench,m which is crap, .

no covolan in goal, defenders davis ,moxey , warren and kerr missing in defence. armani little a massive lost as is aaron nemane whoie pace really is being missed.danny wright is also massively missed but he will be back in around a month. we were going to start the season with wright and andrew nelson. guess what yes he is out for the season too

The first was for a basically pulling a player back, the second was for the foul.

Bias throughout the match, the throwing the ball at a player is not a bookable offence then. Plus the only Sutton booking was for John giving it large after the third goal Yet committed as many fouls throughout and stood on the ball on every free kick

I hope you go up as you'll have to rip that pitch up and it means one of the ex league sides stay down, just take Borehamwood with you.

Bit unfair on Sutton to be lumped in with that lot. Sutton are a proper football club with loads of history. Boreham wood let's just say money talks.

I want all the ex league sides to stay down here and get Grimsby back aswell.

Bugiel was also booked just before he was subbed off. Other than Charles’ two yellows (the first for pulling a player who wasn’t on the ball yet, and the second some time after a foul was awarded and as we Milsom was about to free kick, and after a good moan by Charles, so essentially for dissent) and the yellow for that outrageous dive to try and win a penalty how many other yellows did Wealdstone pick up? None (according to the match report). You had one more yellow card than Sutton and that was essentially a player who was a double yellow card waiting to happen. And I would hazard a guess the foul count was pretty similar. Wealdstone literally weren’t the victims of anything other than being well beaten.

Well beaten yes, keep those rose tinted glasses clean you’ll need them.

You weren’t the commentator were you?

Please show where I was showing bias there, almost as ridiculous as the claims of bias (despite you evidence to the contrary), you’re coming across as extremely bitter here.

Looking at Stockport’s recent results, our trip there on Tuesday could be the most boring football match ever played.

That was probably as good as we've played all season, barring the first 20 minutes when Wrexham were in complete control and probably should have scored. Gift from their keeper changed the game and gave us a lot of confidence. Second half was comfortable once Nouble put us 2 up.

Considering Shroll was making his debut for us today I thought he was outstanding - didn't put a foot wrong all day and deserved his man of the match award.

We're the stereotypical mid table side this season, some games we're very good, others we're terrible.

Will be interesting to see the team we put out on Tuesday as it must be tempting to rest most of our first team for Hereford next weekend
