If McGhee has resigned then who do you think'll become your next manager?
Think we may make another approach for Waddock. Has done well here before as Allen's assistant.

Failing that, Allen again most likely, also rumoured are Luke Garrard and Brian McDermott.

How about Alan Devonshire? Always seems to do a good job wherever he goes on limited budgets, good contacts etc. Deserves a crack at the football league.

Mighty big gamble for Barnet though.

Allen would probably be the best fit until the end of the season. It's like john Sheridan and Oldham.

Having experienced it myself, you've got to be spectacularly crap to be relegated.

Don't think he has any interest in leaving Maidenhead.

Pretty sure Devonshire said he was happy staying PT.

I'm not overly sure on this Garrard bloke. Not exactly done anything out of the ordinary at Boring Wood.

Hilarious how Barnet keep going for Allen after he shits on them repeatedly. Like that desperate ho of a girlfriend who always takes her cheating boyfriend back...

Feeling really confident of us making a late surge so watch out. Grimsby Town checking in.

All I know for certain is that McGhee has handed in his resignation, which was rejected, with Waddock and Allen inamongst the candidates to take the reigns.

Would happily have Waddock back after his stint as Allen's assistant. All Allen is is a glorified motivator - he doesn't have any tactical knowledge at all. When Waddock was here we played some of the best football of our promotion season - when he left and Allen was alone it was genuinelythe worst style I've ever watched with Barnet - real turgid stuff - and unsurprisingly it resulted in some really bad form (and we limped over the line in the end).

I'm actually worried about the drop now. Just nothing is going for us this season, coupled with the dreadful recruitment of Caldwell/Branston. We've got an ungodly amount of injuries, we've got through 4 keepers this year and have to play players out of position every week. Dennis has gone off the boil, we create nothing up front, totally snake bit and the defence is dreadful. Pretty much our entire first choice defence is injured and we've got a kid in net. I really wish we'd have got on old head in on loan for the net rather than a kid. I'm not sure where the points are coming from tbh. Jack needs to work some miracles with this god-awful squad quick.

Above resurgent play-off chasing champions-elect 2019 Vale. Weird.

I'm shocked Crawley are the form team in this league. They played like a side that was about to be relegated at our place last month.

I'd be very happy to win/lose/win/lose for the rest of the season. Wouldn't have been in this mess if we didn't stupidly lose 9 out of 11 games between mid-September and late-November and if we keep up the recent upturn in form we should be fine. Shame we play for 0-0s away judging by the lack of chances we decide to create away from home though...

'Destiny will always take over'

Fuck off you cretin GW.

First time ever a manager will be booed on their debut this Saturday. I genuinely thought it couldn't get much worse as well.

Big risk from Barnet, 3rd manager of the season and now taking a big risk on Graham Westley.

His final game for Newport last season was after we beat them 4-0 at Rodney Parade with around 8 players from our youth team, who tore them to shreds on an awful pitch. One of which scored on his full debut for the club, who is now at Brighton - Steven Azalte.

I don't know why Barnet fans are worried, Westley really knows his stuff. He wrote a book on winners apparently.
