It's been an impressive turnaround, no doubt. I think our manager said the other day if the season started when he took over, we'd be 7th or something like that.

I think Scunthorpe have had the strangest season of all. They looked doomed early on, then turned it round and confirmed mid table and perhaps even a play off push. They signed some decent players on paper too in January. And then it all went tits up and they dropped like a stone

Nice table, but why have you missed us off of it?

We have a better record than you over the period, picking up 26 points from 13 games, with a +5 goal difference, and moving ourselves up to 11th in the league.

OUFC should be top of your table.

Scunthorpe should also have 6 points.

Maybe because it's only a table of the teams currently in the bottom half, and Oxford aren't the centre of everyone's universe?

I left you off because you're no longer relegation threatened.

The first table shows clubs from tenth downwards, so not true.

Nothing to do with Oxford being the "centre of everyone's universe" but if you're going to use a selection of teams to begin with, then surely you use the same selection to finish with?

You seem very touchy, is your failure to escape from the relegation battle getting to you?

Of course it was about how important Oxford are. It always is.

Well done though for pointing how good they've have been and hijacking a post that wasn't about them but in the relegation thread about teams currently threatened with relegation.

Why aren't you complaining about Burton & Coventry not being in the final list?

He has a point, Oxford looked like real relegation candidates for most of the season (not like Burton and Coventry) then all of a sudden it seemed they were safe, it’s an impressive turnaround.

They need to really establish themselves in this division after so many years of underachievement and not become a yo-yo club like Bury and Northampton, not to mention Notts County.

They need to get a 4th stand first like most professional clubs.

I’ve never seen someone so desperately wanting to be involved in a relegation thread before.

Baffling.

Better than this.

But don't let the fact you've been caught out get in your way

Caught out? Caught out doing what exactly?

I originally posted (to Meadow) suggesting that she was presenting a misleading set of data. She replied explaining her rationale and I thanked her for it.

Now every man and his fucking dog seems to want to make it into some sort of playground squabble. Are you all about 12 years old or something?!?!?!

Blimey, this is a couple of times now that you've not been able to follow a conversation.

You said, "Nothing to do with Oxford", when I asked you why not Burton & Coventry you said "Because I'm not a Burton or Coventry fan" - so it is about Oxford. Proving iWomble right.

You clearly seemed to make it into a squabble when you immediately started taking the p*ss out of Wimbledon, "You seem very touchy, is your failure to escape from the relegation battle getting to you?". If that isn't after a squabble, then I don't know what is!

Funnily enough, on 25th March, I said I hoped Oxford stay up. You replied, "Not as much as we'd love it if you went down. A bonus would be that we wouldn't have to hear that fucking awful Irene dirge again."

Not every man wants a play ground squabble, that's true. But you're certainly coming across like you're always wanting one, but then happy to criticise others at any given moment. With that in mind, who's the real 12 year old here?

That's quite a remarkable turnaround by Wimbledon and Oxford, fair play as I thought both were gonners at various stages. Conversely, after seeing Walsall play very well against us last month I'm surprised to see them looking likely to go down.

Hopefully Rovers will be safe by our clash on the last day and we can all have a big love in with them staying up and us going up.

If it blows Akinfenwa over it would need to be at least Force 15 on the Beaufort Scale...

well we've been given a warning to stay off the pitch tomorrow whatever happens...it would be pretty sad to celebrate with a pitch invasion just by virtue of barely being able to scrape together 10 points (or whatever it was) in the second half of the season but there you go.
