He started legal proceedings against two users of our old message board (rivals network), they'd seen him in a town pub proper leathered, they had no evidence other than their word so were forced to apologise and retract their claims (this was about 15 years ago so might be wrong) I know one of them blokes in terms of saying hello to every time we pass and he is Hartlepool through and through and had nothing to gain from lying about it.

To be fair when he was appointed here we were mostly all happy with it, before realising that he spent more time in the pub than he did at the training ground, and that the majority of his signings were a complete pile of shite.
