Well… our last visit to Gresty Road under Caldwell finished 5-1 to Crewe, so enjoyed putting that right today. All whilst having a number of key men missing through injury.

Buzzing for Berry getting his first 2 EFL goals. His ceiling is very high, has some serious ability. Once he gets that consistency we’ve got a proper player on our hands.

Heard Murkanday had a stormer on debut too. Buzzing.

They've been shite for a long time now, god knows when they last won a match. I reckon this is one hiding too many at home now and Bell will be sacked.
Doncaster away in the playoff semi final second leg. Which is also the only time we've played well in 2024 too. Bell and 95% of the squad can leave, I'll pay for their Uber.

Bell has almost certainly gone. You know when a manger has lost the dressing room. It's almost impossible to get it back. I think it's probably now a question of when.

Oh and MK Dons....what a waste of money what a waste of money
Half of the defence/midfield out injured and a lack of a prolific striker. Still time in the window to sort the latter out.

We’re only 1 point worse off the same point in 07/08 when we won the league.

Murkanday was class, but don't read too much into this. We've started the season as we finished the last.

Plenty of time for everything to change. I don't expect Bromley to be in the top three come the end of the season. But they are showing they shouldn't be underestimated by people.

My advice is to take absolutely no bearing on your squad from a game against us. Every single team in the League has battered us since Christmas - I'm not saying you don't have a good squad or good players, just don't use a game against us to confirm it. We've literally got hammered by every team we've played against for the best part of 8 months.

Listen, if you can’t get excited as a fan of a lower league club (one that’s been rotting in non league for 6 year) after winning 5-0 away from home you never can. So I’ll drink to that tonight thankyou very much

A horrible performance. We didn't turn up in the second half. Any decent team would have beaten us 5:2. We didn't deserve the draw and they will feel their were robbed.

Some thing will have to change if we are going to stay in the league this season

If Laurence Maguire is one of those players you’re hanging your hat on to come back in and sort your defence out, then I wouldn’t hold your breathe

Oh superb, this season is already just as fucking awful as last season was.

God we are atrocious. At least last season we had a likeable squad - now we don't even have that. Chesterfield were decent but 2nd gear was enough. Fuck it, they'd have won that in reverse.

If we don't get relegated I'll be very, very surprised.
I mean I did say you were in a false position last year and you called me arrogant. This was after we beat you 3-0 at your place and it looked as if you weren't trying.

Oh absolutely, I'm not begrudging you that and I'd do the same. I'm just saying that we'll be the easiest game you'll get this season, so enjoy tonight just don't take a lot of judgement from it.

Davies scoring a header and a free kick? classic.
For all his lack of work rate and the fact he often looks disinterested, he is worth a place in any side because he is such a massive goal threat. That free kick is one of the best he's scored.

We weren't great but Salford even worse. Slow first half and in the second we were much the better side. Salford time wasting at every opportunity like usual. Would genuinely love to see that club go bust.

Just seen Cooks effort again. Ball is clearly over the line. Officials are so poor at this level.

For what it's worth I thought MK were excellent and looked a level above us, so I'll take it as a bit of a smash and grab win to be honest. On another day they win that by two or three.

Credit to Chesterfield, even with 4-5 of their better players out, they still looked well drilled, packing loads of quality and playing with a clear style and identity. They won 5-0 and to be honest, it could have been double figures, only some last ditch defending and keeper saves kept the score down.

We look an absolute shambles, like relegation candidate stuff. The recruitment, both last summer and this summer, has been pathetic. Shilow Tracey and Ryan Cooney are NL standard players and the early signs from Lankester and Sanders haven't been great. Complete myth that our recruitment team are actually good at what they do.

As for the manager, this is the latest in a long line of concerning performances. No identity, no plan, no cohesion. I'm not sure if I trust him to sort it out either. Looks badly out of his depth right now.

It's important to remember that this isn't just a now thing. This goes back to the start of March.

We've lost the last 5 home games:

0-3
0-3
0-3
0-2
0-5

How does any manager come back from that?

If he does, then fair fucking play.

We won 5-0. Yeah we’re not in this league anymore but I knew you’d be dying to find out.
