Barnsley fans wanted him out a few months ago didn't they? And yeah, we won't get anyone better currently - give it to Pemberton until the end of the season and then go knocking down the door of Pearson with a hell of a lot of money (if we're still in this league).

Lee Johnson comes across as a very knowledgeable and clever man. Given the backing of the board (and the fans!) I can see him doing well. The problem is, there will be too many within the City fan base who will be on his back from day one, which in turn could make a hard job an impossible one.

If he comes, give him a chance I say.
