Embarrassing. I do find the men behind the scenes to be very cringy. When I heard about The Villa Machine I nearly choked on my coffee. We are doing our best to be as tin pot as you lot.

Desperate stuff. Mid table again without a doubt. For anyone saying give Bruce time he's had 12 months and a lot of money to spend. We don't even look half decent that's the problem. He was having time out of the game then this job came on offer for him, so in my eyes he took the job whilst not fully ready to get back into management. He's showing signs of strain now and his post match interviews are getting more bizarre. Decent bloke mind and I wish him all the best but he won't be at villa much longer.

Aston Villa is a fucking horrible job. When was the last time you had a manager who didn't ruin his career at your club and was considered a success? O'neil is probably the closest I could imagine, and that is debatable.

It is a horrible job. The fanbase is very demanding, and can make it a very hard place to play when things are not going well. It's a difficult club to manage. O'Neil was our last success in terms of doing well, but even he got turned on and villa fans to this day still talk him down. How many decent players have gone to shit after putting that shirt on?

2 reserve teams that already played out a boring 0-0 just a week earlier in a Cup no-one really cares about on a cold Tuesday night? 11,000 seems reasonable to me given how poor our performances have been recently.

Some great results recently for sure but I'm not getting carried away. Yes we have won 4 in a row but I could see us just as easily losing 4 in a row! Seems like the results have turned since Bruce went 4-4-2, which we have been wanting to see all season. Don't really get why Hogan wasn't playing with Davis to start the season, he knew Kodjia was out so should have sorted that out mid season.

Anyway, hope we continue this good form, but a real tough game up next at Wolves....

I think I take the more liberal approach towards blues. Only give them a second thought when we play them and that's not me being snide or anything, it's just that growing up they weren't even on the radar. I hated Manchester United and wolves growing up, especially united.

Went to the game on Saturday against Fulham. Very good performance first 60 minutes. Could and should have been up by at least 2 goals but typical VIlla we were left hanging on for the last 20 mins. By the end we had 6 at the back and were just able to hang on thanks to a great point blank save by Johnstone.

Bruce is SOOOO negative when we go a goal up it is unreal. Looked a real threat going forward though and in the end was another really good win. Hopefully it gets our confidence back up for the Blues game next Sunday.

Played well and beat an half decent team yesterday, but we've got to be more clinical and kill teams off more. Made hard work of it in the end. We are not fully there yet, but when we are I think we will be a very strong team. Got plenty of attacking options .

So I've been hearing through the grapevine that apparently Steve Bruce is going to resign from the club soon. Any truth to the statement Villa fans?
