If Blackpool can put some consistency together and nick a playoff place, it's bad news for the other 3 teams in it in my opinion. They seem to produce it in the big games.

If we play like we have been and Stevenage Portsmouth etc go on a run we could drop out again into the Play offs

It could be worse, you could be like us staring at the real possibility of missing out on the top 7 altogether.

First time we've been out of the top three since October 1st apparently.

We need at least 4 points from the 2 home games against Cambridge and Luton, keep us ahead of the playoff pack.

Well then. I'm gonna make the most of the league table while it stays exactly as it is right now..

Got the feel of whoever is lucky enough to be 2nd and 3rd (behind Doncaster) when the music stops so to speak!

I doubt he'll be too bothered my Fishy friend, we'll still finish above Pompey.

Well it's been a great run, a fantastic run.

But tonight, finally we have surrendered our top 3 position. We will not get it back as we are no where near good enough. Now our aim over the next 11 games has to be keep our top 7 position, somehow.

Are you having a laugh? We are only one point off 3rd place right now and there are still plenty of games left for us to finish in the top 3.

Get a grip!

We (Donny) have Cheltenham, Notts county at home and orient away in our next 3 games before we play Plymouth at home. If we can pick up 7-9 points in the next 3 games and then avoid defeat against Plymouth, that would just about seal Promotion. It's getting interesting for the other 2 promotion spots.

We have 11 games left. If our 2017 is anything to go by we'll get 11 more points. That points total in all probability won't be enough for top 7 and certainly not enough for top 3.

In your expert footballing brain, have you seen any signs from us that we're going to improve any time soon? Because I haven't.

We cannot keep clean sheets and now we've stopped scoring. That combination won't get us many points.

I guarantee you that we'll win on Saturday and we'll be back in 3rd.

Even if by some miracle we win on Saturday, we'll have to rely on Portsmouth failing to beat Colchester.

Top 3 is out of our hands. The big one is the Luton game, lose that and they'll pull away from us as well.

Have you seen us play much recently? Why is it that you're so confident that we'll beat Cambridge?

Well because we're at home and we're 4th in the league whereas they're hovering around mid table somewhere, so why wouldn't I be confident?

We're the team to be feared of the two.

Correct Carver, you'll beat us quite easily. I'm expecting a 2 or 3 nil win for your lot. But hovering around mid table has got nothing to do with it, it's just that we're truly poor at present.

I think we've got a good chance of winning, but there's no chance we're keeping a clean sheet.

I can't see us beating Colchester on Saturday. If we do, guarantee we'll lose to Grimsby at home on Tuesday.

At home you say? We've taken 5 points from a possible 18 at home this year.

I bet they are quaking in their boots at the daunting prospect of visiting fortress Brunton!

Yeah I know you're incapable of keeping clean sheets, but you've got a great chance of keeping one on Saturday. You're currently in 4th place and our record vs the top 7 sides is terrible ever since Derry took over. Quite clearly, this has got nothing to do with coincidence or luck, but only because he shits his pants when we face one of the better sides, even though they may be on a poor run like you currently are. Of course, he'll also reminds us ignorant fans that Carlisle were playing L1 footy a few years back, so they must be good.

If there's one thing I'm most sure of is that Derry will instruct the players to sit deep and absorb the pressure. This means that whenever we have the ball, the idea is to hit it forward in the general direction of the lone striker who will be outnumbered 3 to 1 and hope for the best. In other words, Sunday league tactics.

You won't need that idea or any idea for that matter. Our midfielders will play all the defence splitting passes for you, leaving your forward clean through on goal for an easy goal.

And there'll be no 3 on 1. Our defenders don't mark, they allow players acres of space to do their thing, then stand looking at each other wondering why their team mate didn't react and vice versa.

Our morale is at an all time low right now and just the thought of our team and club makes me want to puke.

According to our manager there are apparently people within the club who want us to lose matches, can you believe this shit?

Let's not get carried away. Yes we're shite at the moment, yes we are playing like a relegation team, yes morale is low, but it can't be as low as it must have been in Kavanagh's shit tip.

We're pretty fucked mate and I'd say that we are heading towards the Kavanagh times because if it wasn't for Keith Curle we'd still probably be there. Now that it is confirmed that there is going to be no major investment in the club and even more worse is that there are people who don't want us to progress and I imagine those people are the owners, so are we fans just supposed to put up with this shit?

I can see Keith Curle leaving us at the first opportunity and once he's gone we will surely drop. Only way now is for us to drive the stubborn c*** out who's running the club.
