I'm dreading tonight now. Hyde are on a high and our manager has apparently lost the dressing room. You'd expect a convincing win but right now I'd take a 1-0, that's how low most of us are feeling about this team.

Live on the BBC as well, looking forward to this one!

Don' expect Port Vale to pose any problems, 3-0 win for us tonight

Last week aside we've been a completely different animal to the side under Brown, probably beat us by the odd goal but don't expect to get hammered.

We have Woking on Sunday! Ryan Lowe is in charge. It will be interesting to see what players he picks and if Ajose will be back in the 18.

Its not a game we can afford to lose really but its very possible if the lads are not up for it.

Oxford didn’t actually cause us any problems I.e 0 shots on target :) routine win in the end didn’t expect that but Aspo is working miracles so far with us.

Must be a bit concerned that we bossed possession though

won't be losing any sleep over it tbh

Counter attacking team anyway! We tried a foreign approach with loads of possession based ideals and look how that went last year!

We really, really, really can't defend.

You really, really, really, really can't defend. Really good game of football but we should've scored twice as many as we did.

Rovers looked neat on the ball and were all over us for the opening quarter of an hour, but once we'd found a foothold in the game we were creating chance after chance.

Thought I'd take the opportunity to post on here, as being a Shots supporter I'm going to be stuck in the non-league forum for a while.
Looking forward to our game at Shrewsbury, although can't see the result being anything less than a 4-0 defeat.
Any Shrewsbury fans on here? How many are you expecting this afternoon?
Also while I'm here, any Peterborough fans - how's Kanu getting on for you?

Rovers really are a very poor team indeed...conceding 4 to a div 3 team is very poor. Oh well at least it was not at your own bog like it was against Peterborough.

On the plus side Timid Tommy Nicholls notched his 2nd in two games to complete his tally for the season.

Doesn't really play to be honest. The first time he came on looked a reasonably tidy player and had a bit about him but hasn't played since. I don't think McCann fancies Miller or Kanu as strikers in this division because since Morias has been injured he's been playing Maddison (winger) as a striker. Not surprising though as playing players out of position is his speciality...

We've not beat Tranmere yet, let's not get carried away. Every time we beat someone good in this league we lose to 3 crap teams. I predict the same today, especially in this weather...

Wigan haven't allowed us to play Jack Byrne today which worries me for January.

At least Doyle and Bryan can.

McCall puts a decent side out in the cup and we actually win a cup game, truly shocking.

Decent game today, very comfortable first half and should have gone in at least 2-0 up. Second half we have to give credit to Orient as they gave it a go, but we got the second and should've seen it out easily. Couple of minutes later a harmless looking free-kick seemed to trundle straight into the corner and it gave us a potentially dodgy last 10. Having said that, in the last few minutes for some reason Orient decided to stop looking threatening in terms of goals, and instead chose to have a competition between themselves for who could get sent off first - the Harrold 'tackle' in particular was a shocker. A chap did get sent off right at the death for pulling back Wilkinson after he'd done well to get himself through on goal which was certainly the right decision. Overall, can't complain with a competitive game and a win.

Some of the Orient fans were kicking off for apparently no reason at all, and I saw punches thrown - If anyone who was closer could let me know what that was all about then that would be handy!

I have to say I thought you were really, really poor in the second half, you didn't seem to adapt to our shape change. If it wasn't for Holy in goal we may have snatched a replay had we scored earlier during our 30mins of pressure. Not sure if the second goal was a foul on Sendles-White, but I thought it was 50/50 myself.

The ref lost a bit of control in the second half and was inconsistent with his decisions overall I felt. I thought you should've had a penalty in the first half and he missed a blatent trip on James Dayton in the second for us.

Having said that we should've been at least two down at half time, same old Steve Davis display from us, slow possession football and get caught square footed when losing the ball.

As for fans kicking off, usually the norm for the local games, like all clubs the children can only go if they're back home by bedtime.

Yeah I think I could easily slag us off for the second half but actually I thought Orient deserved some credit for that rather than us just being below par. I don't think we were necessarily awful after the break, but we certainly didn't have the upper hand for long periods. Holy made a couple of good saves in the space of a few minutes, but apart from that I'm not sure there were necessarily too many efforts on goal.

In terms of the second goal, Eaves was being fouled, then appeared to throw the defender to the floor - could've gone either way. Technically the first misdemeanour was the foul ON Eaves, so I guess you could argue it was good advantage played by the ref? Odd one.
