It doesn't necessarily show that at all. Relegation-threatened sides often find their form at this stage of the season. That combined with feel-good factor of a returning legend, and the honeymoon period that a new manager brings, is a potent medicine.
Exactly. Blackpool, Oldham, Shrewsbury, us and Chesterfield have all picked up 8-10 points in the last six games. It happens every year around this time when teams suddenly realise that if they don't buck their ideas up they'll actually get relegated.
We just left it too late this season.
