What happens now though. As I suspect every one of those teams has 5 scheduled games between now and the deadline for the vote.

Do they all just stand together and accept their punishment or do they crack on with some footie. A lot of fines are getting handed out if it's the former

I think tonight's events just prove we need a result urgently. For me, get this weekends games out of the way and make it compulsory that a vote has to be submitted by Monday. It's become a farce. Play on or stop. It's simple. No need for all this are we, aren't we carrying on rubbish. Get on with it and make a bloody decision

I agree. Unfortunately for Dover I think this might see them out of the league. Our league is going to carry on I believe.

Aye. Still basically no public declarations from step one, though, for some reason.

North and South are nearly all in:

North:
Continue 5
Void 11
Unknown 6

South:
Continue 11
Void 8
Unknown 2

Would need 6 of the remaining 8 to vote in favour of continuing to have a majority. Which I can’t see happening.

So it would all be on resolution one.

Why is it taking some clubs so long to declare which way they are going to vote are they trying to get a place on the National league board.

if Parmesan at Dover doesn't want to be on the NL board any more it's obviously not worth being on it....

I don't think we would declare our position with regards to this. Whilst I'm pretty certain we would have voted for the season to continue

Looking at the votes that have come in it will be Resolution 2&3 that decide the season.
Only a couple of votes needed to void N&S and as I can see only 8 confirmed votes in the NL And 6 more required to continue.

Void Dover & Kings Lynn
Continue Altrincham, Hartlepool, Notts Co, Solihull, Sutton and as per their statement on 26/1 Wrecsam.

I would confidently assume that you can add Torquay and Stockport to the continue pile too, even if they haven’t explicitly said so.

On the North and South, Ollie Bayliss has just Hereford, St Albans and Braintree undeclared, with it 22-18 in favour of voiding.

So it’s going to be close enough to be a total mess, basically.

As long as 19 step one clubs vote for resolution one it will pass, which is a fair assumption I reckon.

Stockport County.
We're voting for carrying on. The current board here aren't ones for statements so not sure we'll
"announce" anything

The Athletic were reporting that we were the main club lobbying others in order to carry it all on so you can be safe to assume we're voting to continue.

Our chairman said last night we’d vote to carry on with a grant, or stop if it meant a loan.
