The dream is over. TFF and 1FF's favourite poster is also its 18th most hated. Mr. Forum Game, Mrs. Rich McLean, Mr. Positivity (but definitely not Mr. Jolly Bloody Green Giant), it is indeed Oaf.

Oaf is a nerd. It's that goddamn simple. He is a fucking nerd. John Cena's biggest fan at 26 kinda nerd. But he's a lovable nerd. I'm sure I won't be alone in this either, but I've never come across anyone quite as positive and enthusiastic as the man. It's ridiculous and, frankly, sickening at times. But he's a poster who will go down in forum folklore. He has literally become part of the common vernacular on here.

A former mod on TFF, which is where we actually saw a different side to Oaf upon TomF being a little bitch. We saw the first inklings of HEEL OAF, whereby he was one of the vocal minority 'backing' our dear leaders in their stand-off against smat et al. It was quite refreshing actually, because he's just so fucking positive all the fucking time otherwise.

But the Rory Fallon obsession, the signature, the ridiculously complicated but brilliant forum games, the next to no posts about football on a football forum, it's all just so Oaf. Oh, and he's called Ben. Is every Ben on this forum an absolute dick?​

Now, most of us will be familiar with Cardsfan, right? For those who aren't, he's an annoying little fucker who you can't casually peruse the forum without encountering. He posts everywhere, is always online and adds absolutely fuck all to the overall product. Thomas in his TFF form was the original Cardsfan.

For starters, he has a 13-year-old's Xbox gamertag as his username, and he supports fucking Preston. He was one of the original defectors from TFF - joining this here forum back in August - which appears to be his only qualification to be chosen as a mod. Maybe his love of Starbucks contributed?

There's only really one way I can describe Tom, and that's just that he's always there. He's just there all the bloody time, constantly being there.​

I don't think Red will appear on this list (he's not a mug), but I'd love to see Steady's write-up of his infamous row with TFF that led to the demise of the +/- system. Ultimately, and I don't want to make you feel bad Red, that was the beginning of the end for TFF. No one was arsed afterwards and Smat even re-branded himself as 'peter legend'—porn name, Smatthew?—during the inevitable depression of losing his crown.

Fuck me backwards, my row with TFF didn't lead to the demise of the rep system. They'd already decided to ditch it and I went on a misguided, one man, fruitless fucking crusade to get it re-instated. I failed, in a big way.

If it did precipitate the end of TFF then in hindsight I should be commended for my work no? We have 1FF now. Maybe my bleating wasn't in vain after all
