Yeah I used to get steak and another topping that domino's used to do and my guts would go within half an hour of finishing. It was a guilty pleasure though and it was worth the many trips to the lavvy to empty my guts.

Got a pizza tonight for my tea though funnily enough, mozarella, sun-dried tomato and pesto, lovely! :D

Lol just because I'm Scottish doesn't mean all I eat is deep-fried Mars bars, fritters, drink Bucky, Irn-Bru and whisky!

I'm very cultured I'll have you know :D

Used to get that really bad and I remember a talk I had to do for my Masters in which I hyperventilated and fucked it right up!

Ive suffererd for years but can usually control it, just have spells were its gets the better of me :(
Always when something new or outside the comfort zone.

Yeah I'm learning to control it a bit better myself as I don't want to go the way of a family member who has to constantly take tablets for it and more tablets just to get to sleep.

Ive avoided taking tablets so far just out of principal its a slippery slope, Tablets just numb you out and make you drowsy from what Ive read and thats something I dont ever want. I have to put up with debilitating nausea whenever things get to much.

I used to take tablets for it and it was awful.Stopped taking them after a while as i got fed up of being drowsy. My anxiety got worse when i had to do things like job interviews or meeting new people.Thankfully it was a long time ago and i no longer suffer with it apart from the odd occasion.

I either have a drink or do some physical activity when I get anxiety mate. I've recently got a punch bag and have worked on various breathing techniques to bring my energy down naturally. Would recommend it :box:

Macclesfield Town/Manchester City. It's complicated.
Norovirus. Or rather cleaning up after a four year old with it and knowing that bar having a hazmat suit on hand, it's like a mini vision of my future.

Wolves
<rant>
One of our players, Kortney Hause (we think it's pronounced "slow"), has re-established that legendary Wolves custom of speaking to the newspapers on the grounds that they have information that the rest of us are too fucking stupid to know.

After being taken to the cleaners by assorted clubs since November, we have been turned over in the last weeks by Reading and now most recently Norwich. Commentators agreed that Wolves were feeble and looked insipid, like drugged vermin, like we had gathered a team of smokers and nightclub bouncers to play. We looked like an inanimate, plastic, uninterested Blackpool.

Mr Hause has opened his heart to the Birmingham Mail and said that he "refuses to blame tiredness" for our obvious ineptitude on the pitch. This is good news, Mr Hause, because Norwich have played the same number of games.

Instead, Hause (who to be fair is a decent player and clearly a nice lad) says "we didn't turn up".

Um. You didn't turn up? You didn't fucking turn up? What the feckity feck is that about?

You're paid TEN times the average ANNUAL salary to do around TWO WEEKS work (~77-80 hours) each year. What's this "we didn't turn up" bit about?

We KNOW you didn't fucking turn up. Will you be reimbursing supporters who spent a considerable part of their weekly wage to travel the full length of the A14 - possibly one of the most terminally boring roads in Western Europe - to watch you "not turn up"?

I tell you what, Mr Hause, and other "media fucking savvy superstars": instead of spending time speaking with your mates from the media, spend the time practicing how to "turn up" for the next match.

Or is it just me?

To be fair, you missed at least 50 miles of the A14, that might be the exciting bit.

It's not.

I hadn't even noticed that it was different, it's going to annoy me now as well. You're wrong about Funkmeister J though, that's a classic.

The phrase "off of" to describe where someone is from. I only ever hear it on Radio 1 and it really irritates me.

Unless it's a Thai bride I don't really get this whole thing of people "waiting around" for deliveries.

Either deal with a company that texts/rings with a specific time, get it delivered to a family member who will be in, your workplace, or sort out a safe place that it can be left in if no signature required.

Ps. Vote Destruction for head of the Royal Mail.
