Oh I’d be very surprised if he was good there, but I wouldn’t be surprised if a Championship club signed him.

Mullin seems pretty much like Andy Morrell with us. He was pretty unspectacular for years, then he had that season where he scored 34 goals in League Two when we went up and he got snapped up on a free by Coventry who were then in the Championship.

and after that Blackpool and Bury before rejoining us. Regularly got 10 goals a season which if the love is spread out between other players as well isnt a bad return, and seems to be Mullins seasonal return prior to his good season.

signing any player is always a risk but you would like to think stepping down a level he would continue banging them in. not that we will be able to sign him of course

A bit harsh, although he didn't make the most of his chance in L1. However, Micky Mellon didn't seem to rate him. For our opening L1 game v Rochdale, we actually started with Ponticelli in the forward line. At that stage of his career the gold standard for a player totally out of his depth, though maybe Wrecsam fans have a more positive view of him.

I saw a rumour that you might have 4 in line. Bit surprised by Nicky Maynard. Saw him against us two years ago and while he should have scored a couple he created lots of chances for Mansfield. One would assume he can do a good job for you. By the way, I know Lowe wants to send out on loan one of our young Centre Backs, Ollie Tomlinson. I don’t know if that fits your need or not.

I’ve heard the name - Harry Isted as a potential back up goalkeeper to Slocombe. I recall him having a brilliant game against us last season against Wealdstone. We won 3-0 but if it weren’t for him it could’ve easily been 6/7-0. Would be happy with this.

He was amazing, can’t conceivably be that good every week haha. Think we need another ‘keeper in as I imagine we’ll want to send Brooks out on loan, think he’s very well thought of but needs to play.

We're trying to get Sherring back from Bournemouth for another year, he's keen apparently but we've got to wait On Scott Parker. If we don't land him then we would definitely be in the market for another young centre half.

Moxey's legs aren't up to another season at left back so I think we plan to use him as a centre half partnered with some pace (ideally for me in a back three). So we'll also be looking for a left back, any chance that Ryan Law might be available again?

He was at ours the season before last. Decent player, thought we might have kept him. I was surprised he ended up in League Two though.

We had him for the first half of the season in 19/20 on a deal till January. He played off the left for us. Not the quickest or strongest but had a good knack of being in the right place at the right time and was a decent finisher.

Once scouts started took note of his form and started coming to watch him, he didn't look arsed and wasn't the same. Should be fairly decent in this league but was surprised when he got a move to Morecambe in all honesty

Proof will be in who we end up with, but I’m slightly concerned we’re aiming too high with the likes of Sterry and missing out on the obvious in the meantime. Hoping Dallas might just be a case of haggling with Cambridge about a fee before letting it go to tribunal.

Deserved his chance of a crack at the FL and hope that this deal happens for him.

While Lowe has definitely said he wants Tomlinson to go on loan, he has said nothing about Law. I think we’ll have more sense of whether he expects Ryan to play for us this year in league 1 in our preseasons Championship opposition. I would not rule out Law coming to you. However, Lowe has said he will do what some of the PL teams did to us, I.e. insist that the player gets a certain amount of game time. So if Law came to you I expect the deal would be as a starter.
