Reckon we might have a chance of signing Toral on a perm, but no chance of Pritchard. He will be playing for Spurs next season imo, he's that good.

There's strong links around here saying Tim Sherwood wants to take Pritchard to Villa, he'd be better off at Brentford I think!

Really happy about that. Great that it's to the end of the season as well. Him and Tarkowski should be a great pairing.

Some rumours about Chris Wood as well, though other teams seem to be in pole position. Would be surprised if we don't bring in a striker on loan in the next couple of weeks

Chris Wood rumoured to be signing on loan today.

Edit: Now confirmed. Decent signing in my view, an extra option in attack.

Very good signing. Really wish we'd been able to convince him to come. Moore was a great signing IMO for us yesterday, but we are so reliant on Gray in attack, if he was to get injured at all we'd be screwed. We desperately need a top quality striker to come in for the run in.

Very good for us, but not really done much since. Need to play to his strengths or he looks limited.
Probably suit a Mick's team down to the ground and I reckon that might be enough to push them over the line.

He had the chance to move to the Championship to various clubs in the summer but thought he was good enough to get into Leicester's first XI. He hasn't played for ages due to this so he might not be as good as people think he'll be.

Now I say that I bet he scores a hatrick against us.

Yeah, I'm sure he'll suit our style of play. Hope it means a potential 4-3-3 again now we've got four good strikers.

I agree with Mark though, that he might be a bit rusty having not played this season.

Chris Wood allegedly turned us down in January for a loan (as well as a few other clubs I gather). Wonder what's changed his mind now? Could be a very good signing for Ipswich if he's up to speed.

I hope you're not classing Varney as a good striker there?

Okay then.

This is probably why you haven't received a single like on any of your 40 posts. Complete nonsense.

Looks possible that we might get Danny Drinkwater on loan from Leicester (great name that).

That would pave a way for Michael Jacobs to go to Coventry on loan. It's sad to have seen his career halted for no possible reason. He was great last year, it would be nice if KJ would explain why he suddenly is out of the picture this season.

That would be a superb loan signing and would push you into a play-off position, come the end of the season in my opinion.
Regarding Jacobs, strange one with him, he looked good for us when he first came then couldn't get near the 1st team under Clough. Seems to have gone that way with you too. Seems to knock about with a few dicks (reality stars?) and may enjoy the nights out on the old Moet?

I just don't think he's good enough at this level.
