Fulham manager has said Aluko is going nowhere.
Which is probably true, as like Wells, our local press haven't heard anything about this. And recently over the last few windows our transfers have come out of nowhere, with no reports until less than 24 hours before the player has signed.

11 months left on his contract at Fulham, probably just his agent wanting a better deal.

Still find it really strange that the Mirror have been pushing these stories multiple times over the past week, when no other news source has.

He's not that bad I don't think. probably a 1 goal in 4 striker, which at this level is probably on par with most strikers. I like him, but with the money we are splashing about I think he will be shipped out.
Don't rate him at all, never have either tbf. Would rather us give kids a go than re-sign that useless prick.

Milwall want Kevin McDonald from Fulham and Boro want Ryan Shotton.

I'd love North End to go all out for McDonald if he's available.

Him and Pearson would be fucking sexy, imagine he's on £15k a week though at least.

It's looking like Hugill is off, John Welsh also linked with Oldham.

Fuck knows why these Negredo rumours won't go away.

We won't pay over 25k a week for anyone I'd suspect.

Jorge Mendes is his agent too. Seems like it will be a done deal to bring him back home. 20m is a shit ton of money for someone who only has 12 months left on their contract though.

what I don't get is the majority of clubs voted for FFP iirc? and half of them are trying to break the ffp they all voted for :D

We haven't failed FFP.

Also our old owners who were in favour of FFP. Fosun said they don't like it though.

Kevin McDonald is far too good for Millwall.

 they can dream. Was a mainstay in Fulham's side last year.

It seems even Kev agrees.

Even if we did fail FFP, they would probably fine us (So far they have shit themselves on any further punishments). Fining a company thay makes £25 million a day isn't going to have much of an impact I fear.

well us and Forest got embargo's , I was hoping Cellino would take legal action against the FL after QPR have somehow gone onto every transfer window without punishment

Fair point, an embargo would hit us much harder than a fine, since time seems to be of the essence for Fosun.

He'd probably come basing it on that we could double his wage, and that he is a Wolves fan (apparently...). Came through our academy too, until we released him. Good decision that was.

Another good season and he be at a Soton or Everton type club.

He's top draw

Back then he'd only had one good season in the Championship, now he's had a very good season in the Championship on top of that, and a decent season in the PL (would have done better if he hadn't been playing for Burnley).

£20m is too much, but I'd say that about every transfer fee these days.

He's easily £5m better than Kodija for comparison.

Danny Batth keeps getting linked with Sheff Wed according to our local press.

What's Batth like these days? Was great for us in our League One promotion season so wouldn't be too unhappy if we signed him considering he's also got time on his side.

He isn't bad, your standard Championship CB really. He is a good leader, strong defender and scores a good amount of goals from set pieces. Downside is he's fairly slow and tends to give a lot of fouls away.

These guys won't hang around for ever, you're a toy, and they'll get bored eventually. You can say what your buying are sellable assets, but their wages arnt. And if people know you need to sell, you won't get the price you need to recoup.

This Kevin McDonald to Forest thing isn't going away and seems to be getting closer and closer. Big money, but are crying out for a proper holding midfielder. We pulled out of a deal to sign Gary Gardner last week pretty late in the day so something is up.

Does anyone ever stay around forever? We don't go up, we sell, or maybe we don't, whats the problem? I remember people saying on here we didn't have a chance of keeping Costa this summer either...

We are a toy? Really? That is news to me... How are we a toy as much as any other club in the league? Ridiculous comment.

Every team in the league pays wages, and we have one of the richest owners in world football, I appreciate your concern but we can afford the wages we spend. Also where is your evidence that we won't recoup any of the money... providing we do sell?

I'm thriving off some of the bitterness here.
