Ahhhh another frustrating night, had a hatful of chances and again failed to punish the opposition. Hammered the woodwork, one of the line, Burgess missed a sitter. Complete dominance second half.

Two points from two home games when it should easily be 6 and that’s why we will miss out.

Well that was abysmal. The worst we've played this season and the first time I've actually felt like we are going down. So many players way out of their depth - new signings and old.

Barrow basically gave up at about 50 minutes, don't think they attempted to come forward. We shouldn't have to rely on a defender falling asleep to hand us a victory.

Decent game that. Salford stronger 1st half but we were far better 2nd as they sat back. We hit the post twice and Townsend saved a pen. Ellison flattened for our pen - stonewall. Not even on the bench. Is he injured or has he fallen out with the management?

Mansfield were decent in the first half but fell away in the second, as we've seen quite a few teams do against us. It's a good indication that high-energy pressing football is working in this division because a lot of teams, if we're winning going into the final half hour start to look like they've had enough.
