The Tories were voted in with a majority. It's not even up for debate.

And currently have a 14 point lead in the latest YouGov poll.

Or alternatively (and being sensible for a minute, look the word up if you like) both are far from ideal choices but Clinton is by far the lesser of two evils? I don't believe anyone has said or even implied that Clinton is anywhere near perfect, or her husband. Or if they did they were a fucking idiot. Trump however is on a whole different level of fuckeduppery.

What? Are you serious?

Clinton is NOT bad because if she was then they would of said so on the news right? All I have heard on the news is how evil Donald Trump is, there has been NOTHING bad covered in the mainstream about Hillary. So shut up you sexist!

As my Donald Trump thread said Trump is only saying what alot of people think just like Farage did.............and that comment about dating the 10 year old girl when she is older is nothing to what a lot of men of a certain age would have said, im thinking along the lines ' grass on the pitch' comments i used to hear etc and still do when with a bunch of lads.

They are not acceptable in this day of age of course and i wouldnt say them myself

I've ignored quite a few recently, a lot of the forum doesn't make much sense any more! Just a lot of people saying "WTF"?

Have you heard the actual recording though? Very creepy to hear such a young girl speak and then immediately hear a grown up saying he'd been dating her in 10 years. I suspect even Jimmy Savile would've raised his eyebrows.

Two more women have come forward now, not looking good for Donald http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/election-us-2016-37658316

I think we can all agree Hillary is winning this 3rd and final debate easily.

I'm actually a bit embarrassed for Trump here, he's taking Hillary's bait every time and acting like a child, so out of his depth.

That debate was boring as they were actually talking about normal important issues, there was no bitching or funny one liners or anything controversial like sex tapes, blackjack and hookers etc.

I've lost interest in it now, what else is on?

It really is a pathetic state of affairs when the opposition candidate in something as important as this actually has you rooting for Hillary Clinton. She's so fucking difficult to like, with the most smug, slippery demeanour, even for a politician. And that whiny, nauseating voice that makes you want her to just shut the fuck up after ten seconds of hearing it.

The next 4 years minimum are going to be shit regardless of how this turns out, it's simply the question of how shit.

At least with Trump it would be entertaining!

The best thing I've seen this week: Donald Trump is B.P. Richfield from classic 90s TV show Dinosaurs.

Trump at 9/2.

Clinton at 1/7.

Surprised how skewed these odds are (to me at least).

Definitely getting a piece of that.

Trump at 11/4 now (2.75/1).

Could cash out now with a small profit, but think I'll stick to the bitter end. Fancy him to do this, or at least make it very tight. Think there's still a few more bits of info to come out for each side.

Clinton being prepared for debates by an individual from CNN emailing Hilary some questions before hand isn't exactly fair game. Is she so insecure of beating Trump (of all the opponents) in a debate that she needs to see questions before hand? Come on, she didn't need that help surely.

I would say the actions of the journalists are more objectionable. Can't really blame her for getting the questions early if she has the chance.

suggest you all look at fivethirtyeight.com if you're interested in this. I've been glued to it for weeks, it basically aggregates polls and then runs simulations to predict polling in each electoral state - correctly predicted every state apart from I think Iowa last time around.

Also shows that Trump's only way to 270 is to secure Florida, Nevada and NC AND then flip Pennsylvania or Michigan - both of which seem very unlikely (high number of 3rd party votes for Johnson could make Colorado interesting however). Anyway, they give him a 31.1% chance of winning - so you're hoping for Brexit level of polls being wrong if you're a Trump fan in order for him to win - or some sort of smoking gun in Clinton's FBI sitch.

At least it's been interesting this time - would've been boring if it were just someone like Romney steam-rolling Clinton or [insert name of any competent Democrat (not you Bernie)] seeing off Trump as the basketcase he is in a landslide.
