I'm reatching Parks & Rec. A good series to go through as each episode is only about 22 minutes long.

Watching Curb Your Enthusiasm at the moment. Top class.

I am also watching Orange Is The New Black as well. Can't get into it but I will persevere with it
Yeah I've got to get back to Curb for the new series. Been seeing some clips of older stuff today, and it is still hilarious. David's comedy is timeless, just like his earlier Seinfeld stuff. :D

Macclesfield Town/Manchester City. It's complicated.
Worked my way through both series of Rick and Morty, which is weird as hell but worth a watch.

A new series of Archer is always good news, too.

Yeah I've been watching Rick and Morty as well. It's a bit like the more ambitious Futurama episodes.

Ripper Street Seris 5.
The last series as they're not making any more, the ending to series 4 had me looking forward to this but it's poor and bereft of any new ideas so it's a perfect time to finish.

Naked Attraction.

I hate everything about it but I can't stop watching it. The best worst thing ever.

I was finally persuaded to watch Rick and Morty a couple of months ago, genuinely one of the funniest shows I've ever seen. 3rd season (properly) starts at the end of the month which can't come under sooner.

Pluto's a fucking planet bitch!

'Sunday'. About Bloody Sunday in 1972. Difficult times in Northern Ireland. I think there was another film about the massacre the same year.

I've already seen it the moment it appeared at amazon prime. Loved it like the first 2 series. Now Titus Welliver is even mentioned as an executive producer.
I really like his stubborn and unagitated behaviour even now in Series 3 when he is.....*no spoilers from me* :D

Titus Welliver is Harry Bosch, that's the best compliment you can give for an actor (Have read the Harry Bosch series from Michael Connelly over a decade (or more) ago so can't really remember anymore if he's different to the series Harry Bosch. But anyway I know that the tv series is a highlight in the amazon prime series)

Dirk, wasn't Michael Connelly the guy that penned The Drop??

Loved the film, but have read none of his books and hadn't heard of Bosch.

Worth watching??

The Drop is the 15th novel of the Harry Bosch Series ;)

But the movie "The Drop" is from a screenplay written by Dennis Lehane (featuring Tom Hardy, Noomi Rapace).

btw: Weren't Michael Connelly and Dennis Lehane Poker Buddy's of Castle (Nathan Fillion) in one of the first seasons of Castle?

Worth watching??

Yes.

Will give it a go anyway, but after a bit of wiki-ing, the Tom Hardy film The Drop that I rate highly is not related to this series

Yeah, I know that's why I have mentioned it in my post. But a "funny coincidence" nonetheless

But in time (before your post ) ;).

Yes I've edited it because after I've read your initial post again I realized that you maybe could mixed the novel "The Drop" with the Tom Hardy Movie (screenplay by Dennis Lehane) so I wanted to clear this up but you seemed to be one of the two "invisibles" in the thread (the other one? steven? ) and maybe already writing your post (sneaky, too) ;)

My apologies, Sir!

2 invisibles were "lurking" besides Mowgli and me when I wrote my post. Then I got an alert that a new post was made and I assumed you were one of the lurkers :D. But now it seems you "jumped in, made your post and jumped out"

btt:
Just wanted to start today with the 2nd series of "Into the Badlands" (Mowgli knows about it from his and my post in "another forum") but didn't thought about that today are the Quarterfinals of the Women's Euro with Netherlands vs Sweden and later Germany vs Denmark).
So, Ladies first....;)

Been rattling through Vikings on Amazon Prime - it's very much a poor man's Game of Thrones but if you like GoT then you'd be silly not to give it a go what with the potential that we don't get the next GoT season till 2019.

UPDATE - Finished the latest season of Vikings now. It's better than Game of Thrones.

Forbrydelsen - The first season was one of the greatest pieces of television I've ever seen. The second series, which I'm three-quarters of the way through, is also excellent but not quite living up to the same standards.

The X Files - I'm going back through this from the start. I never made it further than the fifth series but I'm aiming to complete it this time around. The early episodes are just as great as I remember.

I did the same with The X Files recently but had forgot how much it went downhill after series 4.
