Bialkowski has to be one of the most overrated goalkeepers in the history of football. Makes some spectacular saves but makes so many howlers. Absolute bomb scare.

Fuck me. Take your tablets Tom. He's had a poor start to the season but he's been the best keeper in this league for at least 3 seasons, most neutrals who actually study the league and the 24 hour teams in it would struggle to argue with that.

Absolute howler from him today for the third. Non league stuff.

Ipswich today were one of the worst sides I’ve seen at this level. Lambert’s got a real job on his hands.

Yeah, short term form aside, he'd still walk into pretty much any side in the league, possibly all.

You'll struggle this season, especially given today's news. Feel free to quote. :hypo:
We just had our fourth straight win, now 11 matches unbeaten, 4 points off automatic...

Hope you enjoy League 1 more next season, can’t be worse than getting dry-bummed every single week in the Championship.

TB, I know you’re a moderator but you really don’t help the Town fans’ cause on here!

What are your thoughts on the difficult cashout decision Skybet have made me?

I wonder what Mick McCarthy is thinking!

Can imaging him somewhere grinning away...

Give over!! Any other clubs fans would want exactly the same, and a season earlier!

I can understand your frustration with him but from a personal point of view he will be thinking "sometimes the grass isn't always greener"

I suspect you guys were hoping for a more experienced manager who played better attacking football.

Sometimes getting relegated can work out much better, they were going nowhere under dingle Mick. However appointing Lambert puts them back to the same shite again.

I worry that we’ll be a Coventry as Evans really doesn’t care for the club so we definitely need to stay up. And then Evans HAS to sell up

Who is over-rating him??? He wears his lucky Karius gloves every match, anyway.
I do wonder what Mick McCarthy would say though. Anyway, if Ipswich go down they could poach Kenny from Pompey. He's the League 1 specialist.

If we don’t get two wins from our next three, we’re in here for the long haul.

We've really got to beat Bolton at home tomorrow, I'll take a 1-0 with the ball going in off of an offside pigeon we're that desperate at the minute.

Plummeting into this thread. For the moment still have confidence that when our injuries clear up we'll do better - but we are awful at the moment.

Our bad run started with a lot of horrible bad luck - but it's just been awful performances over the past 5-6 games.

Apart from the offside pigeon you got it.
Having sat through last night's "entertainment" can safely add Bolton and although we won we won't be far-away either.

Looked like a league cup attendance, can't blame people though for not wanting to watch what your producing at the minute.

or a League One play off semi ;)

Yeovil wasn't really one to get our fans flooding down, lowest crowd all year if I remember rightly, I never went in to it, sat in the cricketers all game, went to the away game but interest was at an all time low at that point. Anyway things are on the up these days, you may have one of those wonderful games against Yeovil to look forward too sooner than you think.

Thought we played okay on Tuesday night - obviously weren't going to beat a team of Leeds' quality, but I wasn't disheartened by the performance. Lots of young players in that team at the moment and I think it's a good learning curve. It was the first time I've seen Andy Rinomhota in midfield and he was excellent. Danny Loader looks a great prospect as well and I'm sure he will flourish towards the end of the season.

It was the more senior players, the likes of Chris Gunter, who looked abysmal and need to shape up a bit.

We'll be in a relegation battle this season no doubt, but I'd rather give some of the young players a chance and go down than keep trying the same old shit week in and week out.

no you battled well despite not really challenging forward, however our wasteful chances meant you almost got a point but for a fantastic save at the end

If Pearson is out this month then we're well and truly back in this.
