Blackpool fans are asking us and Carlisle not to turn up on Saturday.

Reading the Blackpool message board the fans seem very divided on it all. Surely they should all be together to try and out Oyston, Some saying the fans are killing the club. Those who actively protest against Oyston.

What a mess. Not sure why they give a toss about Carlisle v Yeovil.

I think it's because they think we'll be lining Oyston's pockets if we buy programmes or use the tea bars etc.

I want this match against Yeovil to go ahead, I'm sick of us having matches postponed as it is but for a handful of dickhead Blackpool fans wanting to get our match abandoned halfway through really would piss us all off, that would mean rearranging this match again and if that finished a draw then we'd have a flipping replay to play all the way down at Yeovil on a bloody Tuesday night!!

It won't happen, but if they do this to us then I'll have no sympathy for them ever again and just despise them instead.

Curzon Ashton....and Carlisle
its a big 50/50 thing for Blackpool fans at present so not sure what will happen, but I think in end it'll go through ok.

On one hand this is their chance to disrupt a match as much as they like with no punishment at all to their side, any fine, any problems will vanish as they cannot punish Blackpool and wouldn't punish either Carlisle or Yeovil. A Chance for them to highlight their issues without worries about consequences.

on flip side though is would this give them the highlight they require...............or would it just make Oyston out as the sympathy figure and turn the hate back on their protestors......plus split their fanbase and on top of that get a full on negative reception from the rest of football.

I'd imagine that is why afew who would gladly protest are against it, this may give them what they need or may backfire big time, plus on top of that of course I'd think some of our slightly more tipsy Carlisle fanbase will give them a smack in the face for their troubles......it wouldn't get as nicey nice reaction as they got from Huddersfield.

I understand their reasons..........but I hope they also know their risks.

That Huddersfield match was a meaningless last game of the season, our match is a 3rd round FA Cup game in January. If they get ours abandoned then it will mess our season up big time with even more fixture pile up. So no way will they get any sympathy from us!

How many do you think you'll have there? I can't imagine the crowd being very big overall.
We've taken around 3,500 to our other homes from home. I can imagine this being similar really as it is a chance to progress to a stage where the likelihood of a big game is really strong.

I consider this a decent draw too, though Yeovil have improved since it was made. I know many fans aren't over the moon at getting a team from the same division, and wished we had gotten a big team in the third round. But if we do get through we could become the lowest ranked team left in the tournament and in addition to the cash that comes from reaching the fourth round we could get a big draw and get on telly.

We've only got the restricted view tickets left in the lower tier left to sell. I suppose we are a bit tinpot not selling 6,000 though.

So Everton fans are doing the ever so funny "why do we have to play two teams" jokes.

Never gets old that.

Anyway, really looking forward to tomorrow. I just hope we put in a decent display. I think we'll lose and by a decent margin but as long as the score is semi-respectable I'll be happy.

We're basically playing Liverpool's reserves. Praying we can do something.

It's a shame of all the teams in L2, Exeter are about as un-fouly as you could get, as getting in their face is surely the best way to upset a team full of kids who aren't used to playing competitive senior football.

I always think that being at home in a small, compact ground against a Premier League team gives you a chance. I doubt their team will be as bad as some have made out but you have a decent chance.

Just kick them at every opportunity.

I'm sure Liverpool have a defensive crisis at the moment with injuries, wouldn't be overly surprised if Exeter earned themselves a replay.

Just hoping that all of the league 2 teams do well, I know they cant all win, as some are playing each other. Also that Carlisle and Yeovils game is not disrupted.

I don't envision any problems, most of them won't have the balls to follow through with it if it's just a small group of fans.

Everton seem like they're playing Mirallas, Jagielka, Piennar, Kone and Lennon etc tomorrow, which makes me look forward to it even more. Can't wait now.

Feel quite sorry for Exeter fans. They'll have been looking forward to this, but with that Liverpool lineup all the pressure is on Exeter now. It will be a bit embarrassing going out to a bunch of kids.

Hope Exeter stuff 'em!

Shearer has just said Exeter only have 5 full time staff.

I assume he's missing out the playing staff?

BBC sport at its patronising best yet again
