Get in!!

We were pretty poor in the final third tonight and looked like a 0-0 all day long so priceless to take 6 points from those two away games.

Still got some favourable fixtures on paper this side of Christmas so a good opportunity to really kick on and put us in a great position by then. And we all know whoever is top at Christmas goes up...

The 3 favourites now occupy the top 3 spots, I still fancy fulham to win the league, leeds have completely tightened up and now have a great defence, something I'm almost certain bielsa looked what we did in the 2nd half of last year and gone down that route. Still very early but 2 of those 3 looks a good shout so hopefully fulham and west Brom.

Looks like we’ve got some instant karmic payback from the weekend with our equaliser tonight! Seems Collins might have been offside in the keepers eyeline, although only photo proof I’ve seen the ball is already in the net! Protests went on a while though.

Done quite well but gave away our usual goal through calamity defending. Have largely wasted a lot of chances, hope it doesn’t bite us.

Really needed that. Was a good time for us to play Charlton given all their injuries so was important we made the most of the opportunity. Played well and really should have been more comfortable, especially with the return of Harry Cornick Leagues 1 and 2 shooting boots!

We have looked so much better with Shinnie and Pelly in midfield. Still not keen on Tunnicliffe, the playing of Collins out wide and our general “on the verge of calamity defence“ but last 2 games have been encouraging.

He's a Lincoln fan, who never mentions Lincoln but regularly comments on Leeds matches and always in Leeds favour.
As this is a championship board which lincoln are not in ,then why would i mention them , as i said before the championship is a gold mine on betfair ,leeds 0-0 at HT always LTD

So Bowyer wants VAR in the Championship. It’s a pity he wasn’t asking for it in L1 when Lyle Taylor threw himself to the floor last season.

I’ve never seen a season with so many elementary, ridiculous, silly mistakes. That has been the difference this season. Cut those out and we climb the division after Christmas.

He wont want var after he actually experiences it. Its killed the game, fans cant celebrate goals so literally what is the point in football. I really really hope it gets scrapped but it wont do.

All managers say it after a bad decision goes against them.

Neither goal should have stood so he’s right to be a little bit upset but fuck VAR.

Blackburn away, would be great to get another win as it may be enough to get us into the Top 6 at least temporarily. We're top of the form table at the moment, so hoping we can keep it going as we tend to follow up a loss with more losses!

We'll probably make a couple of changes, as we've been rotating the squad a bit after the internationals.

Raya

Dalsgaard, Jansson, Jeanvier, Henry

Jensen, Norgaard, Dasilva

Mbuemo, Watkins, Benrahma
Jeanvier still suspended for this one

On the mistakes, it’s pretty obvious that none of the back 4 are really up to the level. The centre halves especially are clearly uncomfortable with the speed of play leading to goals like last night that we have conceded with regularity. Were great players last year for us but a step to far for both of them probably.

Have to deal with what we have though I think. From the latest notes from the board in the programmes it seems the judicial review process on the new stadium is going to take up a lot of funds that would have gone on the team in January.

Hull tomorrow night, need a response, a draw wouldn't be terrible as they're not a bad side but in terms of performance levels we need to get back on track.

I'm going to assume Ben Davies is missing after going off, i'd also put Barky up front and give Potts or Bodin a start. Thought Hull looked susceptible to pace on the break against Boro.

Rudd
Fisher, Bauer, Storey, Rafferty
Pearson, Gallagher
Potts, Johnson, Maguire
Barkhuizen

I'd go the same team apart from swapping Bodin for Potts.

Will be a tough game this, would be happy with a point, 3 would be massive.

It's not going to happen but we could really do without a yellow card for Fisher tonight, don't fancy going into the West Brom game with no Davies, Fisher and Hughes.

Even though I picked that team above, I wouldn't mind Bodin playing up top, freeing up Barkhuizen to play down the left to help Rafferty out with Bowen.

Think Neil needs to get his team spot on tonight, their widemen are very good.

The decision to allow Luton’s first gets worse every time I see it.

Still better than var pal. Win some you lose some, as you do with var but you cant celebrate a goal no more.

More possession, more shots, better chances, but up pops one of our defenders once again with a comical mistake to gift Boro a goal they've barely merited. I'd love it if we just sacked our entire defence before the next game. We'd still concede the same amount of goals.

Definitely, we deserved fuck all from the game anyway.

Similar to how i felt after the Leeds game, hopefully you get payback as quick as we did!

Watched the second goal a few times and not seeing this handball though thats been spoken of, seems to hit him in the upper part of his chest from the main angle. From the side angle it looked like if it hit anything other than it would be his right arm but the main angle its not really close to it.

I was about 3 rows from the front and directly in line with Brown, looked like it clearly hit his hand.

I’m not as bothered about that one as after seeing the highlights, it happens so quick it’s difficult for the linesman and/or ref to see and doesn’t look like he’s handled it. It’s only because of the clear view I had that I could see it hit the hand.

We won 4-0 tonight and it was fairly comfortable, but we made hard work of it when QPR went down to 10. They actually missed a sitter and should have equalised but when we realised how to play against 10 men we demolished them.

That’s our 5th away win of the season, I can’t remember the last time we won more than 4 away games in an entire season. Ridiculous form.

Yes but there are 24 teams in the Championship, strangely though you only ever mention one. Hmmm

Thought we should have won today, we weren't very good and are far too pedestrian but Birmingham didn't offer much at all going forward.
Saying that I suppose you could say they were 10 minutes away from the perfect away performance.

Watching us is so frustrating nobody has outclassed us, but equally we haven't outclassed anybody, we don't take our chances and are prone to conceding late ones. Frustrating, could turn to struggling to stay up depending on the EFL's punishment.
