My guy it was Operation Alamo ever since your against the run of play goal. Way before the red. We had a goal ruled out I definitely want to see again, a ball that looked over the line, countless balls flashed across the face that just needed a touch, all 3 woodwork hits were unbelievably unlucky. Other than a couple minute spell after your goal where we looked a bit rattled, no one would have guessed you were the home team. It was a strong defensive effort from Gills, who are an organised and physical side, and it's easy to see why you don't concede many, but another day with neutral luck we score 3 or 4 in that game.
As for us we should have 12 points from our 4 games and instead have 5. If we keep the performance level up the wins should come but it's a frustrating start. Options from the bench a bit of an issue again, we need a few injured players back.
Thankyou for putting it into sensible words that summise my thoughts mate. With the mood I’m in my response would have been nothing more than (very) bitter ramblings

0-0 at HT at Harrogate, but should be 1-0 up. Canavan headed in a corner after about 15 mins but the lino flagged for something - no idea what and dissallowed it.

much the better side since we scored, hope we don't regret that Khouri miss, but we all know we will.

Very frustrating, we've forgotten we have a midfield.

Omari Patrick having a blinder today for Tranmere, great second goal.

Can't really complain, they've been more clinical.

Really frustrating to watch. First off congrats to Doncaster, they look a good team and Molyneux was best player on the pitch. You can see we have some good players in this team but they look stifled / confused about what it is they’re meant to be doing. Moore really needs to be looking at what’s his best combo soon.

Suppose will take the positive from today which is managed to score some Oasis tickets at least.
Get used to it because that’s basically a description of his time with us

We look a lower midtable team to me. Hopefully Alexander isn't here for the Jan window.

awful this, Swindon have absolutely battered us tactically for most of the game and we’re just hanging on. We need to be better when teams go long and push up on us

Bradford fans, I just wanna say that if you somehow nick a point out of this game, then I might have to take you all off my Christmas Card list.

I just don’t see the point on spending such big money on strikers and attacking midfielders to play a negative system but today with bizarrely a ridiculous high line at the back which left us exposed. Madness.

Why does he play Tolaj as a wide man and insist we punt long balls to Paton’s head when he’s a small striker? Crying out for Paton to play off Stockley.

Last 15 gives some hope as the tweaks made had us looking better. We must start BBB as he was again outstanding when he came on, tore their full back apart and whipped some good balls in.

Not starting Chislett was a big mistake.

Hard to blame individual players, I don’t think anyone was overly poor individually and some decent performances but it was more disjointed, the main difference today that was obvious between us and them was that you could see they’d been together as a squad longer and we have had a mega overhaul.

Moore won’t get the rope other managers had though when he’s got one of, if not the biggest budget in the division.

Shocking performance. Only looked interested when we scored—deserved loss. Carlisle will beat us next Saturday.

Horrible performance, fantastic result. Didzy with some proper #rollingbacktheyears. Still think our midfield just doesn’t look right at all without at least one of Robbo and Palmer, so wins at the minute are massive.

Not a great performance but we defended stoutly, Bass is a huge upgrade as a keeper and we had McGoldrick with two class finishes to tear the points from Swindons clutches.
Would have lost that last season.
Tough on Swindon who get points playing like that most weeks.

Carlisle will beat us next Saturday.

Hahahahaha absolute no chance.

Carlisle need to watch we do t follow forest green in spanking ridiculous amounts of cash to get relegated into non league.

Times up for Simpson sadly but I’d maybe give him next weekend we never beat Bradford away anyway so save that ‘caretaker’ game for the one after.

That is one weird atmosphere though any other manager and it would be vicious and nasty……finally boo’s today but it’s like crowd just wants Simpson to resign and not nastily turn on him…..makes it a weird atmosphere for the players I think

won 1-0 at Harrogate with Neo Eccleston heading in from a corner. Harrogate did very little until the last 10 mins then threw the kitchen sink at it - must have had about 5 or 6 corners in injury time, but we kept them out. Onwards and upwards....

We barely won a game we had to scrap for last season. Need to play better than that, but a win at a place we have a nightmare record with no Jatta and our best midfield still not available to start is a fantastic result either way.

Daylight robbery. Swindon were the better side for about 75 mins of the game. Swindon fully deserved the 3 points

Three fantastic goals in the game. McGoldrick brace was sublime. Class is permanent.

To win without Jatta Robbo and Palmer starting is fantastic.

Oh and Harry Smith

Didn't play as well as we can but we're still the better side today and deserved the 3 points silly late goal to concede when we were completely in control.
